Jeweler Starter Kit Jump Rings Anodized Aluminum 1/8 20g American Chainmail

Read alot of negative reviews of these rings so wanted to let people know that I have been doing chainmail for 20+ years and these are very good rings. They hold there shape better than any other rings I have used. The alloy they use is very stiff so technic comes into play. You have to hold the rings very tight to not to scratch them. Not as forgiving as some rings I have used but for durability I think this is a plus

I Bought a Iron Man Hulkbuster keychain. I had different ideas for its purpose...why not a necklace! This awesome kit provides me exactly what I needed to customize my own necklace. If you can think of the colors of Iron Mans suit.... is what colors I chose to link them as. Description on the box says yellow for one of the sets of the rings. It's more like brass color or gold. As which turned out perfect! Great for anyone wanting to customize something with their jewelry.

I like this kit, but for a beginner I would have preferred larger rings to learn with...

This is how much I opened one of their 20 1/8 anodized aluminum rings just now. The opening isn't even big enough to fit another ring of the exact same size through it... And that's not flash or light glare. The color is completely cracked and come off from the stress of being opened a minuscule fraction... I've seen others report of this same issue with the AA rings. Most of these rings I tried also snapped right in half with very little pressure. I wasted my money on these. The rings are all mixed up because I've already labeled these as garbage a few months ago. But I am loathe to throw something like this away. Might give it to a kid to practice with. 🤷‍♀️

Only real issue is that the paint color congress off really easily on your hands while you use them.
