So Far it works
Looks and acts just like the factory blend door actuator. Hopefully it’s got better quality gears inside. If you’re looking at this part you probably already know what it’s for.Just a heads up, this part is a bi**h to install. Be prepared to swear a lot. It’s in such a small and awkward space, getting the bolts back in was like crawling in broken glass using no hands on your back. While on fire.

FlaGator is P.O'ed
The "Part to Car" matching system on Amyzon, blows on this one (2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition with 5.4L engine). The physical body of this part is spot on. But, the "shaft/arm/stem" on this part. The piece that inserts into the blending door (rear heat door). It has 3 ribs that run the entire length of it on 3 of 4 side's. The actual part does not have these ribs! This means it will not fit into the blending door slot. An even without these ribs, the "shaft/arm/stem" still would be too big to fit. If you don't believe me, just enlarge the photo in the items description.

HVAC Actuator Ford
Product worked great. As others have stated, be prepared to create tools and a way to reach all the screws. After you remove the front console and floor ducting on the side of the HVAC box, you realize there is no convenient way to reach all the screws. Thanks Ford.... I did not have dual zone and replaced the unit only on the drivers side. It would be helpful if you have a friend to assist with hands the size of a 2 year old.

It was a perfect fit and has been working great since I installed ...
I bought this actuator for my 05' Expedition with manual AC. This was for the main unit in the dash, not the auxiliary. It was a perfect fit and has been working great since I installed it, about 3 or 4 months now. This actuator is for the blend door that controls the heater.

Works like new and saved hundreds versus going to a shop!
Works great, was a hassle installing myself as under the steering wheel and dash area is so tight but that’s not a problem with the actuator itself. Once I got it installed, hot air again! Works like brand new, if you know how to install this, I suggest purchasing this and saving yourself hundreds of dollars versus going to a shop. It is worth the time and effort. Great product for a great price! Total install time: 1 hour
