My takeaway.1. Pathetic customer care.2. Pathetic Company Product(dont deserve 1 star)3. The company doesnt have replacement product if your product not working even after 20 days or dont want to adhere to warranty policy.4. Still if you are dying to buy this substandard useless product dont buy online as these companies will not help you at all.Detailed Feedback below:This immersion rod is not working in just 6 months. It has 2 years warranty so I got in contact with customer care. They logged the complaint but the service provider cancelled the replacement by telling that you have not purchased it from him. I got in contact with customer care they raised 1 more req. which again got cancelled with samw reason. The third request was acceepted by service person and product was picked for replacement but yet after 20 days I have not received replacement. Bajaj customer care telling its none of my business get in touch with service person, service person first said as u didnt bought online I cant do anything (afyer pickup) but after to and fro exchange of words he is telling I dont know when will company give replacement.Dropped message on twitter(now X) their online team said they are looking into it(5 days and they are still looking Gods knows what)
