great fly tying tool
I bought several pain of this scissors to use when tying flies. I have an assortment of very expensive Fly Tying scissors - curved blades, serrated blades - long and short - and expensive..... This work great and fit in your hand wonderfully - sharp and while the razor blades are changeable the scissors are inexpensive enough to just replace instead of changing blades. Only down side (at least for fly tying) is that the points could be a little "finer". I live them. If you keep scissors in your hand while tying - these work pretty well.

Super sharp but the blunt point is a LIFE SAVER
Super sharp but the blunt point is a LIFE SAVER! I saw the other pair of these that were sharp ended and I was scared about buying them despite the good reviews because many people complained of how they hurt themselves on the sharp end. These solve that problem without sacrificing quality of the clippers. I would definitely buy these wonderful clippers again but as the quality is so good, I can't see me needing to!

I really like these nippers. They are very sharp and easy to handle. They can handle thread of course, but fabric too. So when clipping curves it goes faster and more accurately since your hand and cutters are much closer to your work. The orange color stands out in a crowded tabletop.
