Works great for my strength training. I step up and down as if I were going up and down the stairs — or up and down one step, actually, LOL. It’s sturdy and the little feet grip the tile floor, so that it does not rock or move. What I like best of all is the beautiful color combo, which is the main reason I chose this over other other ones and even paid a little more. Think blue skies and key lime pie!

Very sturdy product. It arrived with a strong plastic odor but is fading. I use this item as a step stool for my baby’s crib. I’m very short and cannot reach into the crib. The step comes with 4 green levels to adjust height (only 2 shown in my photos). Once my little one is out of the crib, I will use this stool so he can reach the sink. Much better alternative to the cheap step stools they sell.

I am new to step. The video I have been doing used this style, and I like that it takes up a small space. This particular step has excellent grips on the bottom—it doesn’t slide on hardwood floors. There are four risers along with the top, so adjusting the level is easy. I like the color combination as well—it helped with my decision to purchase.

Sturdy and doesn't slide. One or two reviewers mentioned the very heavy plastic smell, and it does, indeed, have a strong plastic smell out of the bag, but after a few minutes that dissipates. This platform is a bit narrower from side to side than some others, but if you're doing basic stepping, I think this is a great product. I have lower back issues, so I'm starting with the shallowest (top only) platform and building up the back muscles to use the risers.

It was exactly as I expected. I really didn't want something that took up a lot of space. This works perfectly in my office so I can use it to prop my feet up under my desk when I'm not using them to exercise with. They are very sturdy and I have not felt like I was in danger of slipping at any time.

since this is small and lightweight. i posted it to another country to use while there on vacation . trying it out. as i'm on the heavy side. it has a little bit of give so that its not like stepping on an hard firm object. One of my seasonal job requires three minutes steps on a 12 inch high step at a fast pace with out the heart rate going above the max requirement for the person age...minus a percent. this step will really help me keep up my work out. i am wearing size 9 women shoes on the step. i like the little bit of give when i step up.UPDATE...a few years later. it's still working well in the tropical country. Also makes a good seat!!!! no mildew built up.

This stepper set-up is very sturdy. No complaints at all. Note that, as probably all steppers of this type, only the topmost (blue level) is a solid step; the other levels (green sections) are basically open frames (not solid to step on, say, for example, if you wanted to double the stepping area by placing some of the levels side-by-side.

Just received this; love it as can add levels as fitness improves. When purchased the description stated weight limit for use was up to 500 pounds. Using only 2 levels, I can feel the center (only place for feet to go) give somewhat, just stepping up, stepping down, routine. Sure hope it has longevity and does indeed live up to the statement, especially for the price. $47 is alot, I weigh 220.. Plus - the product is marked as KLB Sport. When I received the item, a small label on the outside stated KLB sport., but the mfg box with item picture had the company "IUNNDS" on it, and the leaflet that came with it as well had "IUNNDS" TM logo on it. No KLB anywhere. I thought I was buying a somewhat brand name, as KLB products are also sold by others.
