Cozzini is fantastic!
Daily heavy use in a commercial kitchen. Durable, and hold edge for a long time. Take sharpening very well too.

NOT the same knife Cozzini has for commercial use
I work in a kitchen that has Cozzini knives. I love them! I use them daily.I was looking forward to having one of my own for home use.This does not feel the same from when I first picked it up. The balance is different from work knives, does not slice as easily, not nearly as sharp. The work 8" chef knife will cut fresh fruits almost from the weight of the knife. This one required much more pushing to slice.Furthermore, it does not have the Cozzini name on the blade or handle like the work knives.IF this is a Cozzini knife, they definitely have a different product for consumer and commercial use.
