Q: Is this a Velcro or iron patch?

It's Velcro. You may want to redo the stitching because it's not sewn to the patch very good. If you put it and leave it on it'll be fine.

Q: Is the Velcro removable?

The velcro on the back of the Badge is permanent, but does come with the other half of the velcro for the badge to attach to as a separate piece that can be attached to anything you want.

Q: Is this for one or two?

One patch only and I received the colored one hope it helps

Q: Is the Velcro removable?

It’s sewn in on mine. You may be able to get it off by removing the stitching. Additionally, if it’s glued / stitch witched on there, you can remove the Velcro
