Smooth and delicious
This coffee is simply smooth and delicious. Taste of Europe in a cup. I wish it would be less expensive, but I simply love it.

Great Product, Best Coffee around
Tried this in a gourmet restaurant and thought it was a bit better than my normal Trader Joe's Morning Blende coffee. But appeared, at first, to be much more pricey. I think it is great tasting and I needed to use a lot less of it for 2 cups than I do with the Trader Joe's. Just one heaping teaspoon makes great 2 cups. So, in practice,it not more expensive after all. It is very finely ground. Containers seal well and are very well designed, probably a necessity to keep moisture out. Love the taste, I recommend it.

Red is the New Blue
This is seriously fine coffee and worth the expense -- which is still less than a Starbucks. Just the smell and feel of Illy's ground coffee is divine. We use it in a low-end Mr. Coffee machine and the difference between Illy and any other American brand (Dunkin', Folgers, even Starbucks) is pretty distinct. Maybe the air-tight conainers preserve the quality of the coffee bean. As this is strong coffee, we use less than the teaspoon to cup ratio --- seven (not even heaping) teaspoons make eight cups of coffee. Consumers should be aware that the new red band has replaced the blue.
