Nice pedestal fan. Easy to assemble. Works good.

We ordered 3 fans, 2 for office and 1 for home. Out of 2 office fans, one started making noise right on 1st day, so we returned it. Home fan bent so much so in 15 days that it was bearly usable even after tying it with rope. Service engineer who came for inspection told us that this is company defect and they are getting similar complaints from 2-3 users out of 10. But the agency refused to replace free of cost even though fan has 2 years warranty and we had to pay Rs.650/- for switch panel as matter was urgent for us. Verdict : Do not buy, find other brand. Crompton is not the same Crompton which used to be years before.. 😞😡

Good fan with high air flow but makes little more noise. If you don't like noise then go for silent fans available.

The pull push knob was not installed. It has LH threads. Took some time to figure out, align and fix. There was a loose part inside the plastic motor housing. After tilting and jugling , a small screw fell out. Whilst installing the front cover, I noticed 2 screws holding the Crompton plastic disc. The third was missing. Checked and found that it was the screw lodged in the motor. Unsucessful to fit because the hole in plastic portion had increased/ some defect. Do eliminate the stiff plastic wrapping... it would not come off easily. Alter the design, such that the three small screws be elimated. I liked the heavy synthetic base, the high quality powder coating. I do not know if there is power saving at lower speeds, if not fit an electronic pcb... operated by the same switching buttons. Noise level is relatively low. You should declare the db values at each speed. I checked a number of Fan specs before I choose this one. It hasa good, more than normal air flow. Its definetely worth the price!

Bottom most plastic moulded base found broken at many places.. Quality of plastic used was average...Assembling tooks some time..

Beautiful product and worth

I recently purchased a fan online, expecting a cool breeze to alleviate the sweltering summer heat. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived as the fan arrived defective and utterly lifeless. From the moment I unboxed it, the fan refused to power on, despite multiple attempts. It's motor seems only vibrating. The frustration of receiving a non-functional appliance led me to initiate a return process. Not only did this entail additional time and effort, but it also meant enduring more discomfort in the oppressive heat. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the quality control processes of the manufacturer. One would expect that basic functionality, such as powering on, would be ensured before dispatching a product to a customer. In conclusion, receiving a defective fan that failed to function upon arrival has been a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

The fan has been performing really well over the last ten days. It gives strong, high-speed cool air and is perfect for beating the heat. However, there are a few issues that need to be highlighted. The product description mentioned that a remote control would be included, but no remote was provided in the box. There was also no manual or guide to help with assembling the fan.Additionally, when I contacted Crompton’s service team, they informed me that they do not provide any assembly support.
