My dog's favorite lead. This is so easy to put on and take off. the material is thick and not to abrasive that it bothers me or my dog. The build quality is great and it is lasting through a lot of use. There is leather were the rope ends connect and this feels like it is going to last a lot longer. You can weave this a certain way and actually make a make shift harness out of this perfectly. There are youtube videos showing how to do this with something like this. Doing this harness trick with this really makes my dog stop pulling so hard. It is rather neat to see how that works and I recommend you try that with this lead if you have a dog that just won't stop pulling.All in all I am happy with this purchase and would have no problem buying another when this wears out.5 stars all the way!

I bought a small size for my 6 pound wild and crazy puppy. Once I have it set so it's just the right size for her head and neck and not choking her, and loosens up just enough, (There is a video that shows how too on the product page) it is working very well. Easy to slip over her head to get her out quickly to do her business in the yard. No muss no fuss. I had her on a halter, had to fuss with that to get it on.. uggg.. & she would be able to back out of it by jumping around and backwards like a wild dog. With this slip leash I can now leash train her and she can't back out of it and escape. I like the thickness of the leash.. at first I thought it was too thick, but I think it kind of cushions her neck when she starts jumping backwards (She remembers how she could escape from the halter I was using! Smarty Dog!!). Leash training a puppy is So Much Fun (Not) But she is learning to behave now with this leash. lol.. (I'm learning too by watching lots of how to videos online~~~:))

Since I volunteer at the local shelter, where the dogs mainly do not wear collars, this is perfect! You can make the "collar" nice and big, so it doesn't scare them, then tighten up when you have it on. Also love the thickness as sometimes they like to chew on the leash or try and walk themselves.My dogs do not wear collars at home as they drag each other around with them. So bath time this comes in incredibly helpful as they know they aren't getting away. Dries fast also after I've gotten it wet.

This is a durable lead for a large dog. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is that the loop that goes over the dog stays tight if they try to lead at all and it doesn't relax any when standing in place. It may be because it is new and it is still stiff, but I had to reach down every time and loosen it some so the dog isn't choking. the metal braid is irritating to the dog as well. But I think once it gets worn in some it will be fine. The durability is not an issue.

Works as expected, easy to adjust and gentle on the neck making it great for puppies. Wouldn’t recommend it for big dogs or heavy pullers. The 6 ft length is perfect too. I recommend the smaller rope size as the 1” diameter one is heavy and uncomfortable for long walks.

I like this leash for training. So much better than a choke chain. Easy to slip on with no need for a separate collar.Great colors too! I ordered the 4' as the intent is close contact for training my dog to walk beside me and not in front.I do wish there was a hand hold half way down this making it easier to hold on closer to the dogs head.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LEASH! If you have a dog that likes to pull on walks, this can be the perfect tool to correct that (with the occasional positive reinforcement). Lead feels soft and it won't harm your dog If properly fitted. 10/10 recommend

The leash is ok overall but don’t wash it. They do not hold up to the washing machine. I washed mine and the lining came apart and the insides came out. Also, if your dog pulls, the leash stretches which makes it a little thinner and the stopper slides down. I have to constantly adjust the stopper while we are walking to keep from chocking my dog out. I wouldn’t recommend these leashes due to the issues I have with them.
