Received an used product
The received product is not in good condition. The brand product looks to be opened already and one of the item is used. Tried returning the product but return is not available. Very much disappointed with the product after seeing it due to hygiene.

please please exchange the product with a smaller size , but this product is of absolutely no use for me as its's too big , any other large size is acceptable , but this is double xl please consider
