I am very much happy that the product is absolutely genuine. I am a G-Shock user for how many years and I can say that this product which is the G-Steel version of G-Shock is stunning. BTW, I am satisfied with the delivery too.

Not working
I ordered a watch that isn't working properly. It seems like it's a defective piece. As you can see in the video, the second hand skips one second, and the crown, Bluetooth, light, and mode buttons aren't working. Please let me know how to fix it.
