Can you add a good picture of the back of the bottle so we can see 'all' the ingredients?

I'm not sure how "sneaky" this is, but I prefer to give this company the benefit of the doubt and here's why: They state in the ad for this product that "This product may clump due to no additives" - I appreciate them being upfront about this and their willingness to accept a little customer disapproval for the clumping in order to provide a *different* product. Researching many brands of coconut milk powder, I find that almost all of them have maltodextrin (which I don't want). I believe there are some that contain the maltodextrin but don't put it on the ingredients, so, looking at the back of the container doesn't always help that way. Also, I see, particularly in one customer's video complaint, they were having trouble with the clumping - usually you can't have it both ways - additives will prevent or mask this problem, no additives you may have to deal with it. That particular customer was using cold water and ice, which doesn't help to dissolve fatty products, so more effort on their part may have helped. - for these reasons, for now, I will give this brand the benefit of any possible doubt and try it. If I find something horrible or they appear to be dishonest, I will certainly put it in my eventual review.

How is the coconut processed? Is it raw, low-temp, high-temp, etc?

Kos Coconut powder is cold pressed, no heat is involved in the processing of this product. (:

I understand that this product says it is organic, but where does it originate from ? Many organic products today come from out of the country.

Well, I don't believe that we grow coconuts in the US so I'm sure it originates from outside the country but I'm not sure where. The packaging does say "Made in the USA" but I imagine they actually mean "Processed in the USA" from "foreign grown" coconuts.

What is the shelf life of this product? Can it be stored unopened for a year or longer?

I don’t know about the shelf life, but I barely had enough milk for a week- it was very delicious 😋
