Great product
These dehydrated Hashbrown potatoes are so good to have on hand. I'm ordering more to give to my family and friends as gifts. They taste like real just peeled potatoes, and can be used in multiple combinations to create delicious side dishes and even meals.

Easier than shredding potatoes
These are great for when kids want to have a bigger breakfast. We used to go out for breakfast but costs have been going up a lot so now we tend to cook in a lot more. These are a great hack to make a diner style breakfast at home with some over easy eggs and bacon and or sausage. Just add hot water (I just boil it in the electric kettle) - let them sit for 10 minutes, drain the water (I use a salad spinner to finish drying them) then drop on a lightly oiled pan and let them fry. Add salt and other seasonings to taste and done. These keep for a long time too. The items I received were stamped use in the next 9 months so maybe not for 'prepping' but in the past I have used them a year after expiration date once or twice no problem.

Waffle House hash browns hack!
Excellent quality. I initially bought these to try to replicated Waffle House hash browns and was not disappointed. This is actually a reorder for me and I have every intention to keep these in stock in my pantry. Easy to prepare - just soak in hot water 12 min drain and fry. Excellent!

Very crispy hash browns
I always make sure to have these in the pantry. Pour boiling water up to the horizontal fold on the carton and let it sit for 20 minutes. Prepare your pan with a generous puddle of oil at medium-high heat and evenly spread out the potatoes. Fry until brown and then flip once. Keep the heat medium until the other side is also crispy - then they're done! Restaurant-style hash browns. No need to add salt IMO. If making a smaller batch the uncooked, hydrated potatoes can be kept in a ziplock bag in the fridge for about a week. Then fry as above when you're ready. Make sure to use enough oil or butter but you may need to experiment. Too little and they'll burn and may not even cook. Too much and they'll be oily. The right amount is a thin layer that evenly covers the pan, no more.

Just Potatoes…nothing else!
I’m always looking to make sure there are no additives or preservatives in my food. These are just potatoes. Really easy to use…just add hot water. Since it’s just me, I’m usually saving half. I like to add Better then Bullion to the water to flavor the potatoes. Want quick hash browns? This is the best way to go! Perfect for camping or in your RV.
