I did everything just like the directions said and it did not cut. It did etch a slight scratch but not enough for the severe temperature changes to cause the bottles to separate. Very disappointed with the product. But, it was the one I chose.

I love this bottle cutter. It is very easy to use and let you cut several widths. Easily adjusted to accomplish these cuts. I have cut so many bottles and made so many different things with the glass. I never thought it was so easy. Love it. I give it a five star rating.

I could not get this to work. I had a beautiful wine bottle that I wanted to make into a vase. I tried to cut this and it did not work.

Easy enough to use, broke a couple bottles but that is what I expected until I get used to the cutter.

So far so good, its a little labor intensive, and hard to get the bottles to separate cleanly, but it likely just requires some practice.

The wing nut was nearly impossible to loosen and slide into place. Once the wing nut is in place it is difficult to re-tighten it to keep it in place. The sliding pieces meant to move side to side are also difficult to keep in place so I was not able to get a clean, straight cut

It's ok but It's too short and you can't make a tall glass or cut the bottom off a wine bottle to make hanging lamp. Just a small short glass! 😟😟😟
