I've been buying Spenco insoles for arch support for a couple of decades now, probably. I've tried others, and I keep doing so, as new technology comes out, but I keep coming back to these. They give me just the right amount of arch support, and I like the comfort of the cushioning. They're washable, so they last forever. You can also cut them to size to fit narrow shoes. I have several pairs for various boots and shoe styles.

新しい靴を買うたびに何回も買ってます。スニーカーとブーツに入れて履いてるけど、足が少し軽くなったような感覚があるくらいしっくりきます！ただ、少し高いですよね。長時間ブーツを履く人には大満足だと思います、スニーカーは靴自体が柔らかいのでこれほどのインナーは要らない事に気付きました笑

靴に入れて履くと足の裏に吸い付いているような感じで 特に土踏まずの部分が気持ち良くフィットしたまま歩けます。普段から愛用している友人の勧めで購入してみましたが 持っているスニーカーには全部使用したいです。ただ入れて履く靴はワンサイズ上の方がいいと思います。

Been purchasing Spenco Arch support insoles for years now. They are not only very affordable but they take a beating and seem to outlast many of the more expensive competitors (softsole, etc.) I replace all the original insoles of my runners/boots/cleats/sport shoes with these - or sometimes put them on top in addition to depending on the shoe/boot. If you've never used arch-support insoles before, your foot will experience some arch fatigue but it will pass in a few days. Playing high impact sports to hiking/walking and every day wear - these are definitely worth the money you pay for them. These feel like they never wear down/out as they don't flatten out or deflate like the other brands. The antimicrobial properties seem to keep the smells at bay and if you're paranoid, use a bit of shoe spray - but the insoles don't seem to keep in moisture; they dry out and never smell mouldy. I toss them in to the laundry wash every so often along with my shoes and lay them out to dry - they come out like new! Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
