As a proud owner of the Formula Pro, and Bottle Sterilizer I wanted this as soon as it hit the market. I have had issues in the past with my Baby Brazza Formula Pro but customer service immediately sent me a new one. With this positive experience in dealing with them I took the dive into this machine. My now 13 month old daughter would not take whole milk no matter what I would do to it. She has always been a room temperature bottle baby (nothing warm and nothing cold will interest her). We got this and hooked it up that night. The next day was test time!! We use Avent bottles 9oz and they fit with room to spare, so the bottle rack will hold any size or brand. I put the bottle of milk in for approx 2:30 and it was perfectly room temperature. For the first time my daughter actually enjoyed a bottle of milk with no push back. For that it's a winner to me!The overall use of this machine is simple, and if you forget for some reason the instructions are on the back of the machine. The size is great also since my counters are already overrun by Baby Brezza products (about 7" or so wide). It is lightweight so when you dump the remaining water out after the use it is not like lugging a brick. The removable tray makes getting the bottle out in the steam easy. I love that this is steam activated, not a submersible warmer where you dunk the bottle in water. I do recommend using distilled water in it as this will reduce the scaling on the bottom over time. The app to me is useless and I can not review that part of the product, simply because you have to put the bottle in and you are there anyways so why use an app???I recommend this product as I do any Baby Brezza product as a mother of 3 children, had this been around for my first two little ones it would have made life a whole lot easier! Also, if you have any issues their customer service representatives are helpful and courteous with prompt resolution to your issues.

We use this bottle warmer to heat breast milk. It works well but sometimes the milk gets a little warm. It takes about 4 minutes to heat two ounces on the cold setting. Longer than I would like but that's what you get for wanting a warmer that gently heats breastmilk.

The best warmer I have ever purchased. I have one myself and I live by the Baby Brezza products. I purchased this one as a baby shower gift and highly recommend it to anyone. Easy to use whether you formula or breast feed, warms bottle to a great temp for baby and it has never scorched a bottle or had any nasty scaling inside the unit. Quick and let’s you know when the bottle is done with a beep and even alerts your smart phone if you use the app to set it. Definitely a great buy.

I've had this warmer for a few months after buying it as a leap of faith because there were not many reviews on it out there. I give this warmer a strong AVERAGE rating, because there are some great features and then there other areas where they totally missed the mark. The settings are easy to use and easy to get accustomed to. I've used this with breast milk (cold from the fridge) and formula (made w/ room temperature water). The bottles with plain cold breast milk heat to the correct temperature the first time when you follow the instructions. The bottles of formula on the other hand come out too hot, at least more hot than I am comfortable giving to my baby, more than once he's jerked his head away from the bottle because the formula is too hot and to keep the formula bottles at what I would consider a safe temp I've started setting the warmer for a two ounce bottle regardless of the bottle size. Trust me on this, you're not going to want to heat a 4 ounce bottle at a 4 ounce setting. It will get too hot. EDIT: I am editing this to suggest that all parents use the slow warm function WHENEVER POSSIBLE to prevent burns!!. I have found that over time there is a 100% chance of a bottle overheating using the quick warm function. Tip: if you do have to put the bottle back into the warmer a second time, dump all of the water out of the warmer and REFILL it with ^room temperature^ water (I keep a big cup of water on the counter next to the warmer.) Again, room temperature water is key!!Now for the not so great stuff:The thing is made out of plastic! 🙄The bottle lift feature is truly annoying. I think it's one unnecessary feature too many. For one thing, sometimes you have to adjust it to put the lid down. Also, it's hard to eyeball how much water you need when you open the lid and the bottle is up.The plastic viewing area for measuring water is gray in color, which is just a ridiculous oversight because it's already difficult to see if you have the right amount of water.The beeping! My dog goes crazy when he hears it. Really fantastic with the baby. On the plus side, I don't need the app to tell me when the bottle is finished bc I have the dog running from one end of the house to the other.Ultimately this is a decent, multifunctional warmer. One thing to remember when shopping for these kinds of nursery add-ons is that they're here to make your life easier but they're not perfect and they're not going to do the job for you. Yes breast milk bottles can take awhile to warm, so some things that you can do are: learn baby's early hunger cues, put baby on a feeding schedule as soon as possible, take the initiative to pre-warm a bottle before baby gets too hungry, and find ways to entertain baby while the bottle is warming. Sometimes I will warm a bottle of plain nursery water on the slow warm function and leave it in the warmer just in case. You can do the same thing with breast milk too though I don't.Edited to add a time chart for warming breast milk and formula. I hope this is helpful!

Best one on the market! It heats formula very quickly. We were using a Kiinde warmer because we were feeding our son breastmilk but his allergies prevented us from continuing after 4 months. The Kiinde Kozi is not so practical for warming formula in a bottle but good for breastmilk in a bag. The Brezza heats 4 ozs of cold formula with Gelmix (thickener) in less than 3 minutes (cold setting 3) to the perfect temperature! It's was taking the Kiinde Kozi 12 minutes! That's crucial for those middle of the night feedings! The only possible issue might be that you have to change the water every time you use it but it only takes 1-2 tablespoons of water because it uses steam to heat, not boiling water. I would recommend using distilled water to keep the warmer from scaling up. I can't comment on the Bluetooth application portion of this warmer as I have not used that function as of yet. Not sure if I have a need for it.

This warmer is so easy to use. It takes about 6 minutes to warm up 5 oz of milk so not super fast. But we really like it!
