I tried this 4 years ago and I am so glad I did!! Yes when you put it on, you add a little bit of water and start smearing it around in circles. THEN the magic begins. Your dead skin cells start to come off! They come off in little balls and it it the coolest thing to get rid of that stuff!! Once you get done rubbing all that off, simply rinse your face untill it is all gone and pat dry. You may have some in your hair near the hair line but it comes out. The main point is your face feels brand new and your skin feels glowing. I am 56 yeasrs old and everyone thinks I am in my 40's
