Men's Pirate Shirt Viking Steampunk Retro Renaissance Medieval Gothic Victorian Halloween Costume

The fabric is light weight, which is great, because I half expected to receive scratchy/starchy fabric. It's comfortable, but with some downfalls.1)The sleeves are huge. Though you do need to lace everything yourself (they include the string for it but it's not pre-strung), the sleeves are a bit ridiculously oversized.2) It's very SHORT. It fit's a little more snug than I would like, but I had planned to tuck it in and cover the abdomen with a sash anyway so I was willing to settle on that. However, it is extremely short, so lifting my arms causes the bottom to raise about 3 inches ABOVE my naval.Whereas other say "buy the size you normally wear", I caution you to NOT do so and to definitely order a size or two LARGER.

We used the shirts for a ren faire costume. I used the sizing chart and measured myself before buying and the fit was pretty much as I expected it to be. If you are a person with average size hips or larger, note that the shirt does go low enough that you'll feel a bit constricted if you also have a shorter torso - if this is you, you might consider buying one size bigger than you would normally and trying them both. The quality of the shirt itself was great, nice material, and the sleeves with the holes for the drawstrings were high quality and looked great. We bought and tried both a longsleeve and shortsleeve shirt. The color was pretty spot on with the pictures (we got a dark green, black, and cream). Arrived quickly. My only comment to those buying is that the material is thick enough that I wouldn't recommend this for the hottest temps (90 degrees plus) or outdoor in the direct sun all day long - you could make the short sleeve work with light pants but this isn't what you want if you need breathability. The shirt is not as light and breezy as other brands, but its also not thick enough to be quite a winter shirt. However, plus size is that its a good material that seem like it will last.

This shirt fits well and is really handsome. Chicks love it!

This fit, but it was more snug around the torso than expected when I bought a size larger than the tshirts I usually wear.The cords that are sent with the shirt will fray unless you melt the ends a little after you have threaded the sleeves and the v neck. Personally, I like the frayed look for the sleeves, but for the front I wrapped the ends in thread to keep them from getting worse with washes.

bought this to go with my kilt and had to get a size larger after first purchase . there a little small . get a size bigger then you normally take. saw them all over the fair .perfect as the weekend starter was 90 degrees and you have to wear a shirt at the fair, its the rules

This is going to be perfect for pirate night on our Disney Cruise! I am happy I found it!! We sized up one and got a large. It fits my hubby perfect!!

For the price I assumed it would be a cheaper material. It was far more durable than we expected and looked authentic. It fit great. Instead of 1 time use, we think this will last far longer! 2021 Renaissance Festival in Minnesota was a blast! They come unlaced. We just followed the pattern in the picture!

Justo como promete la publicación, buen material, los hilos no tienen punta por lo que al finalizar el enrollado se pueden deshilachado un poco (nada que un nudo al final no pueda arreglar), si se recomienda pedir una talla más de la que eres, por ejemplo yo soy talla XL y la ordene XXL, la cual me quedo como me quedan todas mis playeras XL.

La tela es muy buena, no se siente dura pero se ve durable. Sin embargo, las cuerdas se deshacen fácilmente, con tan solo pasarla por los ojales de la camisa

I really like the shirt, but one of the string holes on the collar are missing the metal grommets, which makes this easier to tear when putting string through.

It fit well and looks great. Order larger than needed as I would be swimming in an xxxl usually but it fit well.
