The times I've use them, they worked fine, but I do usually do a stitch around the edges just to be decorative. even though they stick nicely.

Yes, even though it wouldn't be real flexible any longer

If I need to remove the patches later can it be done?

As far as I can tell, the answer would be no. It makes a permanent bond. You would have to cut them out.

Will this product stick to craft foam sheets?
