Great gripper. Worth the money.
I have had other hand grippers in the past and these feel larger, denser, and sturdier. I would say would buy again, but I don’t think this will malfunction or degrade. Have had for many years with out any issue. Highly recommend.

40 lb
This is a good quality workout trainer for your hands and fingers. I have pretty strong hands, and found this not easy, and a good workout. I think if you are just starting out, or doing some rehab, get the 30 lb first and work up to this one. Or you could just get the whole set. I plan on keeping one in my messenger bag or in my pocket for stress relief and to keep my grip all grippy. You can do and get out of a lot of issues with hand, finger, and forearm strength.

Recommend highly for handgun shooters
I bought this because my other black one rolled away on me in the dark of night. I originally bought this as part of the grip pro 3-pack, of the red, black and green one. I started on the green, and now use the black. It's the best hand-exerciser I know, being maintenance-free, travels extremely well, and can be used for different grips. By far the best tool for handgun shooters because it's easy to isolate the fingers from the trigger finger, so you don't encourage that nasty habit of tightening the entire hand when you squeeze the trigger. That's a hard error to diagnose, as well as cure.

It Works
This ring will give you a good workout and increase grip and forearm strength. I keep it at my desk and squeeze it throughout the day. However, the shape causes a concentrated amount of force against a specific part of the palm that results in discomfort. This is to be expected though based off the design, so it's not a fault of the product. Any similar product will result in the same pain. For the price, I am pleased with the product!

This thing is awful. Seriously.
First, it's easy to squeeze. Kind of really easy. Sure it works, but it's awkward to use and just annoying to hold in hand. Why do I hate it though? Easy - blisters. This thing completely ruined my fingers by burning the hell out of it and blistering the bottom 3rd of my fingers. I haven't been burned this bad from actual fire. Stay away - especially if you have girly man hands like I do.

There’s only one in the package
I was looking for a grip trainer, because I am training for a Spartan Race. I liked this online, because there was a video that showed different ways to use it to train different parts of your grip. Didn’t love it when it arrived, because: 1) there was only one, and I wanted to work both sides of my body simultaneously. 2) didn’t have the instructions like there were on the Amazon site 3) I have small hands, so I am not sure that this “fits”.

Heck yes I want the GI Joe kung-fu grip!
With the Zombie Apocalypse looming I got to thinking that I ought to do some training. Cardio of course, but what about some useful strength? Like crushing a zombies head with only my bare hands (after all only a head shot can stop a zombie). Heck yes I want the GI Joe kung-fu grip! Enter the Grip Pro. Its like a doughnut that makes you strong (unlike all the other donuts you've consumed). 40 lbs seems about right for the average guy, get the 50 lb one if you are a stronger guy or if you live in your Moms basement sans woman and already have the GI Joe kung fu grip.

Best, most durable hand/arm exerciser made!
Tried and returned 4 others before I found the quality of material I was looking for. This comes in three different strengths and I bought them all!

Einfach nur hammer. Die qualität ist sehr gut nicht wie andere verlgeichbare produkte. Liegt gut in der hand da der ring etwas dichker als andere ist.
