Review of LED Wax Candles with Remote ControlI recently purchased a set of LED wax candles with a remote control from Amazon, and I am thoroughly impressed! I like the ease of the features, it is very realistic.They are sturdy, bright and is a good value for money. The timer works great and it fits well in my candelabra, very versatile.

These candles are super realistic. The feel like real wax and they look as real as they can when not illuminated. I was sooo excited with the look when they are turned on in a dark room. They have a very realistic, flickering "candle glow". The remote they come with is great. I put them in wall sconces with 2 candles each and they look so pretty when lit. The remote easily turns them all off and can also adjust brightness. I recommend and would buy again.

I've tried lots of different faux taper candles and can say these are the best. Great flicker and the dripping wax design makes it look even more authentic. Love the timer feature too, so they turn on and off the same time each night.

These candles are beautiful but very delicate. I bought them to use with the suction cup window hangers but the small amount of pressure of inserting them shattered the candles. They are perfect for putting in a candelabra or other upright holder, but unfortunately cannot be used with the suction cup holders.

I bought these last year for my mother but she didn’t want them so I just took them out for me to use this year. All six are working. The box came with 2 remotes but 1 will work for all 6 so there is a spare, which is nice. With the remote you control on and off and the timer- from 2 to 8 hours. There is a brightness control but I don’t notice a difference. They have a nice wax finish and the flame is a nice subtle flicker. They are really very nice for the money.I have purchased from this company before- floating wax candles for my daughter’s shower and wedding and they all worked. I would definitely buy products from this company again.

The ivory color is what I expected and it is a soft, rich Ivory which is not too yellow. My old ones were plastic. There is no comparison between the plastic and the wax coated candles. I could not be happier.The candles were well packaged. These came in a larger box with other items. It arrived with no damage and all six of the candlesticks worked. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They take AAA batteries. I did think they took AA and, as I had a good supply of those, I had to scrounge to find AAAs. Each candle takes two.Two remotes came with the candles and the button batteries were already installed which was nice. I merely had to remove a pull-out plastic tab. They all worked as did all of the candles.These candles fit my candelabra perfectly. I have it in a corner of a large soaking tub. They look beautiful in the setting and in the candelabra. They look as close to real candles as, I think, is possible for not being the real thing.The remote is easy to operate and brightens and dims the candles very nicely. When dimmed, while they don't exactly flicker, they do change brightness level and this gives them an illusion of a real candle flicker. Obviously, it's not the same but it's close enough to the real thing that I am quite happy to not have to deal with the mess and safety concerns of real candles.These candles do not look cheap or fake and I think that in a low light room, someone would have to look hard to realize they are not real. Only the flame part of the candle gives them away in daylight and, when lit and in a dimly lit room, someone would have to look carefully to realize they're not real.I highly recommend these as an alternative to real candles if you don't want to bother with the real thing.

We used them in our candelabra for our Halloween decor this year. They have a timer and I love how they look! Everyone comments on them. They have a remote control, the are sturdy and so fun for the season.

These taper candles are an excellent alternative to real candles. The flame has a slight flicker and the candles are covered in wax both of which give a very believable effect. I would love if they could also be offered in an “off white” option. Only issue was that the instructions indicated each candle required 2 AA batteries when in fact they require 2 AAA. Also, the candles need to be first turned on on the bottom of each before the remote works. All in all, I’m very happy with the purchase.
