This Worked
My doctor prescribed a back brace for me and it was so uncomfortable. When I saw this one on Amazon I decided to try it. This is not uncomfortable like the one from the Drs office. I was able to wear it like he told me too. My back feels so much better now.

Helps my lower back
I use this belt for back pain. Need it to clean house. Fits well and comfortable. Easy to use. I wear it under my clothes. Helps my posture because sometimes it's hard to stand up straight.

It is very sturdy, but very bulky and heavy
This product certainly works, however it didn't work for me because I was looking for a back brace I could wear under my clothing. This isn't that. I had to return it but I'm sure it works well for someone who wants to hear it externally, like piano movers and folks like that.

Bought this for my son because he was having lower back pain. It helped him while at work. It’s easy to put on and easy to adjust. Pretty lightweight.

Not made for women with hips
I have hips. After a half hour of wearing this back brace it's up around my ribs.

Uncomfortable
I missed the return window to send it back.If I could, I would....only because the wrap hasbars for support but it jabs the upper are and lower area in the body. Very uncomfortable!!!

This is the brace to have.
I highly recommend this price it definitely does the job it’s lightweight you can wear it under your clothes but more importantly it relieves the pain that you’re experiencing. I’m able to do my work out again do chores around the house walk without the pain that I was dealing with. I have had many back braces but this one I will definitely give five stars.

Bon maintien
Paraît de bonne qualité mais à voir dans le temps. Elle est assez large, ce qui procure un bon maintien. Elle est confortable et se régle facilement. La couleur est jolie mais peut-être un peu voyant sous les vêtements. Elle donne chaud car le tissu n'est pas respirant, ce qui peut être désagréable en été. Autrement, la qualité/prix semble tout à fait correcte.

Really helps with chronic back pain and sciatica symptoms
I’ve had sciatica for many years which led to me having a microdiscectomy 10 years ago. The operation was successful in terms of me being able to have a lot more freedom of movement and not being in agonising pain every day.However, I still have chronic back pain and experience sciatic pain which comes and goes.Positives about this product are:1. This back brace really helps as a preventative measure to reduce the risk of injury. I always wear it if I know I’m going to lift something heavy.2. Helps speed up recovery when I have sciatic flare-ups.3. Recovery from back pain is faster when wearing this brace.4. Well made. I have had two of these during 7 years (due to weight loss) and the first one lasted for 5 years and is still going strong (given to a family member), current one is just as good.5. Supportive boning all around. Others I have used have been either too flimsy or too restrictive.6. The height of brace I find works really well in terms of the area it supports.7. Good support whether standing or sitting.8. Relatively comfortable even when carrying out activities that require bending or during exercise.9. Strong velcro that stays stuck! This does not pop open.10. Obviously no brace is completely comfortable but this is supportive and makes you aware of your posture.Negatives:1. The only negative I can think of is that if you have weak shoulder/arm/wrist pain it may be difficult for you to fasten the brace to the desired tension.I have had a shoulder injury so have experienced this personally, however, someone else will be able to help you fasten it easily enough or you could use place your feet apart, place one hand on a wall and use this to push against and fasten the brace to a better supportive tension.I’d really recommend this as a preventative and recovery aid if you have back problems or sciatica or if you want to ensure that you protect your back during heavy lifting.

Ottima fascia!
La fascia è molto confortevole e utile per diversi utilizzi: camminata veloce su tapis roulant, corsa leggera, faccende domestiche che implicano sforzi della zona lombare, sorregge e allevia i dolori lombari. È semplice da regolare ed avendo più regolazioni ben si adatta ad ogni persona. La uso da tempo ed ho aspettato per scrivere una recensione proprio perché avere conferma del suo reale beneficio! La consiglio! Personalmente ho due piccole ernie lombari ed una leggera lordosi, sono alta 1.70 e peso 63kg ed una M è perfetta! La uso sia a pelle che su maglia, con camminata veloce e corsa fa sudare a pelle ma si lava bene in lavatrice! Molto soddisfatta qualità prezzo! 5 stelle

Sehr gute Stützfunktion
Nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall suchte ich nach einer stabilen Stütze. Weniger gefiel mir, dass der Gurt ohne Umverpackung geliefert wurde. Also erst waschen und zum Glück trocknet das Material sehr schnell. Ich war wegen der Grösse etwas unsicher. Bei Gr 38 habe ich mich für S entschieden, da Grösse M zu weit überlappte und die türkisen seitlichen Bänder bis in die Mitte kamen, was eher Panzer als Stütze war. Der Gürtel ist gerade beim Bücken, Heben und Tragen ideal. Durch die Steifheit erinnert er an die korrekte Körperhaltung und wirkt tatsächlich schmerzlindernd. Der einzige Nachteil. Bei einer weiblichen Figur rutscht er langsam nach oben, stösst dann an den Rippenbogen und muss wieder neu angelegt werden. Bei geraderer Figur dürfte dies keine Rolle spielen.Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Me ha acaba de llegar y me encanta
Me ha llegado tarde, tenía que haber llegado el 31 y me ha entrado el día 4. La bolsa en la que viene se podría mejorar con una caja un poco más estético, Por lo demás fenomenal se adapta bien al cuerpo. Lo mejor es que no aprieta en el estomago, ni en la parte intestinal pero te permite ajustar la presión necesaria en la columna, espero que me dure muchos años por que es un producto con una eficiencia del 100%. Lo digo desde la experiencia que tengo desplazamiento de hernia discal, Lo curioso es que he recuperado fuerza en lo brazos y movilidad en las piernas. No quiere decir que pueda echar a correr, pero si que te da más estabilidad, es como si te diera un empujón y recuperases fuerza. RECOMIENDO: que os midáis bien el contorno por que la talla es muy importante para que sea eficaz, no cojáis tallas más pequeñas pensando que os va hacer más compresión y eso os va ayudar a perder tripa. Es un error que os va a perjudicar.
