perfect replacement part
super easy to install, they seem to work perfectly (no lag or roughness), and they come with an extra cover you can place on top to prevent 'over-tilting' the stick (really good for kids)

Check product description
Came out the package drifting. Do not buy. Very disappointed, this is the second set of joysticks purchased that are garbage.Edit; After further angrily reading about the product the company details that if the condition continues then you should recalibrate the joystick in the setting and restart the console. After installing the part, updating the joycon and doing these things the drift DID go away. Edited from 1 star to 4 stars for lack of clarity however.

Works for the left joycon and saved me money
This replacement analog stick looks identical to the original analog stick in the left joycon. I purchased a competitor's product that has green cables. The green cables would not fit the ribbon cable on the mother board in the left controller. This product worked perfectly and both replacement analog sticks fixed the drifting problem that really bothers me when playing BOTW.Replacing the analog stick requires fine motor skills, attention to detail, and a good set of eyes. The screws are tiny on the controller and there are a ton of videos or fix it websites for doing this. Additionally two different screw drivers, tweezers, and plastic pry tools are needed for this job.Saved me $70 for replacing joycons.

These will work
For those searching for suitable replacements due to the infamous joycon drift: I recommend these parts. On the outside of the switch it's completely unapparent that any work was done. I used my iFixit tools and the iFixit website's instructions (would also highly recommend) to install these parts. They feel basically like new sticks and after calibrating the controller have absolutely no issues. Warning: the inside of the switch is delicate. The screw holes strip easily on account of the screws being metal and the holes being plastic and the ribbons and their connectors on the joycon's motherboard are easily broken. Be prepared to fight with tweezers for about 15 to 30 minutes upon reassembly. Please only do this if you have good eyes and steady hands. Good luckps. You probably didn't break the connector for the zr button. That flappy thing is just the locking mechanism for the ribbon.Tl:Dr; These are good. You can stop searching now.

Design Flaw
I've changed a bunch of joycon analog sticks over the years and it was discovered a few years ago that the issue with the drifting failure is due to the bottom plate loosening over time. I've had to change the analog sticks after only 6 months with average use only. These are good for a quick replacement, but understand they won't last forever.

Economical replacement option.
I have two sets of joy cons and both experienced drifting problems eventually. The first 2 times I was lucky that they were still under warrenty with Nintendo, but that was no longer the case so buying these replacements really helped out. Taking apart my Joy con wasn't the easiest thing to do, but it was doable as long as I was really careful. This part is slightly smaller than the original joystick, but not noticeable enough to change the feel of how I play. Being slightly smaller actually made it easier to replace because the original joystick put up a fight when coming out. The smaller size might affect the use of some custom nubs though I suppose. I never really use any so I can't say for sure. All in all I am satisfied with the part for the price. Other replacements also send you the screwdriver that you need to take apart the controllers but that ends up costing a little more. I didn't need it since I have amassed several tiny screwdrivers from other electronics that I have fixed and I hate to get more when I don't need them. It always feels like a waste when I have 9 of the same tiny screwdrivers but only ever use one.Bottom line is that this is an economical replacement and I will update this review when I have to get the next eventual replacement so I can provide a sense of durability for these. Unfortunately the way these sticks are built they just don't seem to last very long without experiencing issues.
