Perfect tester accessory for batteries
If you are you looking for a no-nonsense, frequent-usage, reliable tester for all the various little batteries in your home, then look no further, this is the gadget to buy. It works well on 9v batteries (rectangle type) and 1.5v batteries (AA, AAA and button cell types), and is quite intuitive and easy in use as well. Price is affordable, as this tester does not need a separate battery to use (unlike old battery tester I had, which did require battery to be plugged in, in order to operate the tester). This battery tester shows/uses 2 meters, a bigger meter for AA, AAA and 9v battery, and a small meter for button cell batteries. Highly recommended purchase for every home. Thanks to seller and Amazon for safe packaging and quick delivery.

I recently purchased the Battery Tester Universal Battery Checker for ₹275, and it has proven to be a great value for the price. The small gadget is useful. But use of a simple spring for holding battery would have added a bit more value to the product.

Form factor is not that convenient to use. And is overpriced. I found the similar product in local market for half the price. But it works so worth it

A very useful tool
Took the decision in march to move away from Alkaline batteries - which are prone to leakages as well as has more harmful chemicals - and have started using rechargeable batteries, from remotes to toys, mouse etc. Note that I have used only with AA and AAA batteries. With this tool in hand, I have benefited in the following ways: 1. It is really easy to check if batteries have really run out of juice. Like in toys, if a couple of batteries are down on charge and the other 2 are good, you can just replace the drained out ones. 2. My Panasonic Eneloop CC61N charger is not auto cutting off after a recharge is done. As an example, for a AA battery with 1900 mAh, the specified charging time is 10 hours. But even after charging for 20 hours with SmartCell rechargeable 800mAh batteries, the charger did not auto cutoff. So I was unsure if the charge is over. With this tool in hand, I now just check the battery health after 3 to 4 hours of charging. And if it looks good, I stop charging. 3. It is certainly accurate as you can see from the pics with different battries. 4.value for money for sure. Certainly makes like easier, even with normal alkaline batteries, to decide if we can't use it anymore.
