I hate to give just 4 stars to this product, the package has everything you need, everything indicates high quality, however applying the protector sheet is seriously scary! When you apply the squeegee and push the liquid outwards, it will necessarily get out and into the hair thin gap between the tablet's screen glass and the bezel. The solution seems to be evaporating pretty quickly so I suppose as long as you wait the 24 hours required before turning the device on, there won't be harm done. I am still waiting for the 24 hours.To be fair this was the first time I apply a protector with liquid, the demonstration videos were quite helpful, but I needed to apply and remove the screen several times and apparently on one try the edge I used to peel the sheet off has very slightly "bent" about 1 mm across the very edge of the protective sheet, it seems to be sticking out and is visible because it is not flat and reflects different light. I hope it won't be a weak point from which the sheet peels off on its own. Also the protective sheet seems to be about 1 mm short compared to the tablet glass, when I aligned one side of the sheet with one side of the tablet glass the other side had a thin strip of unprotected glass.I will update the review once I get up and running (after 24 hours), and see when will the micro-bubbles and streak disappear.UPDATE:The tablet is working just fine, however the streaks are very clear after 24 hours of application. A little more than half the screen shows streaks when the tablet is on, these are parallel lines that distort the light, and they seem to be below the protective sheet, because I can't see anything wrong on the surface. No micro bubbles to be seen (unless the streaks are a bunch of aligned micro bubbles). Hoping to see the lines disappear in a few days. I will update the review after a few days.UPDATE 2 (48+ hours):The streaks turned out to be scratches left by the squeegee, 1) because I noticed them when I turned on the device for the first time after application of the sheet, 2) there appears to sign of change. There are also micro bubbles that are somewhat hidden in a corner. If the micro bubbles were the only issue (barely noticeable) I wouldn't have bothered contacting them for replacement, but the scratches are very bad.The company is great though they will send a replacement! I will once again update the review when I apply the new sheet (hopefully with success this time).Final Update:I received the replacement. The application was still scary. The end result is satisfying though.Some advice:- Do not press on the squeegee or the provided cloth, these will scratch the surface, very gently push the bubbles out.- The liquid solution evaporates quickly so if you can apply in a humid environment -give yourself more time to push the bubbles out and adjust the sheet-, then after application move to a dry one to let things settle down.- If you see micro bubbles or realize the surface is not smooth (either by light reflections or feeling it through the cloth as you wipe the surface), don't worry or try to forcefully push these bubbles out, you will deform the sheet. Let it stay for a few days (mine needed <48h) they will slowly but surely disappear.

Excellent tablet for everyday use or for gaming. I personally use it for business presentation a lot. The only issue I have is it's substandard wifi and LTE signals compared to other wireless devices. This has improved since the last patch, but it still lags behind all my other devices.I also got a controller to go with it. I have yet to use it after 4 months though. That's actually a good thing, since I keep it in my bag for business use. Perhaps, I should get another one for home use.And yes, I will take this over ipad air 2 any day. Ipad air 2 is very good, I certainly wouldn't say no to it. Given the choice, I'd take the shield.

The screen protector has remained "soft" long after the drying period, making it rather annoying to use as the stylus doesn't slide over it as it does the original screen. Pressing on it with something such as your fingernail also causes imprints that stay for a while.This does have a major advantage in that it was relatively easy to get a perfect fit onto the screen, but the performance after the fit doesn't make that worth purchasing this over a screen protector made out of a better material.

I haev an issue and i really dont know if i can ask for a return, i was traveling when the package arrived but my mother recevied it, almost a month later when i was back, i open the box and it seems all fine but it was empty, only the liquid and the plastic tool was inside but no screen protector.I dont make a request of a new one because someone receive it and have been much time to argue.I have bouht two items of the same kind in the past and the quality is awesome.

Protective cover was easy to apply. They had a suggested video online to watch, and after viewing it I had no trouble with installation. I was concerned about air bubbles and the like, but their liquid solution you spray on first really eliminates those. This is my second cover I have bought from Armor Suit. My first SHIELD tablet was hit by the recall, and I liked how this cover functioned enough to want to buy a second. I took that tablet to multiple conventions and outings over the course of a year without the screen ever suffering any damage. Only difficulty I have ever had was on my first one during installation. I messed up using the tool for smoothing the cover down, and left a few minor scratches on the surface. They faded out though, which was cool. Sensitivity of the tablets touch screen remains unchanged.Two minor gripes, without viewing the online installation video, I'm pretty certain I would have messed up on putting the screen on using just directions. Other minor gripe I have is there is a weird oval cutout at one end of the screen which doesn't seem to have a reason to exist. Would have preferred a solid sheet, since that cutout just doesn't seem to have a reason to exist.

It is a nice screen protector for the price, made of a kinda of silicon feel film, solid enough to act like plastic, yet soft enough that when i try and scratch it with my fingernail, it just shifts that one spot, then sets back into place like nothing ever happened. And the lifetime warranty was very nice add on.Only drawbacks/tricky things is, it is a little bit of a pain to set the first time, took me a couple tries, but as long as the screen stays wet, you can reposition it as many times as needed. Also, they recommend 12-24 hours to dry, I would say let it sit closer to 24 hours. I waited only 12, and currently about a month later, i still have slight ripple in the screen.Also, as a warning, skins that overlap the screen protector, I recommend NOT buying, OR at least dont install the face side of the skin. When I tried to reset my tablet sticker, it peeled the screen protector off around the edges, and now i have bubbles there. Hoping they go away, cause im pretty sure that voids my warranty. But if the bubbles dont go away, maybe i can just reinstall the screen, Ill have to find out.
