I heard most of these Amazon reviews are paid for but mines is not. This is my honest opinion. I have iron deficiency anemia and I was beatdown for two months until the doctors told me this. So I started taking this iron supplement and honestly my energy is coming back but this stuff makes my intestines feel like that are shaking. You can take it with food but for better absorbtion its best to take on an empty stomach. Once I get my levels up I am going to work on my deficiency by eating more iron rich foods. I gave it four stars because stomach issues is what u can expect from high dosage iron so its not a Nature Made issue.

I'm anemic so I have to take an iron supplement. When I last went to the doctor they said my iron levels were close to normal. I know it's making a difference. Have had no issues with this product and a 300 tablet supply is a plus.
