I love this product!! Great natural way to keep your system moving! Personally, it takes my system about 6-7 hrs to see results. I usually take at night an hr or so before bed. I have reordered several times, and have also tried other brands. None compare to the effectiveness of this one! Highly recommend.

Las capsulas son buenas aunque no como el te… ese si que es super efectivo! Lo amo pero no lo envian a Colombia asi q me toca traer muchos cuando voy a pasear. Mientras tanto me tomo dos capsulas con 2 o 3 vasos de agua antes de dormirme y algo ayuda.

I had Bariatric surgery recently and one of the after effects is often constipation. I’ve never dealt with this issue before. I tried Miralax first and it didn’t help. I needed serious help because this issue was going on 4 days. I got the Smooth Move capsules on recommendation from my surgeon’s office and took 3 capsules before bed, which is the max dose. It took two nights of capsules to solve the problem but total relief at last! It’s gentle, does not upset my stomach or cause cramps. I love that they make this in capsules because Miralax makes me gag and didn’t work. Price point is good and definitely a must have to keep in your medicine cabinet.
