These pillows have been a really good buy and feel much better than standard pillows. They are comfortable, supportive and have a more premium feel overall, especially if you want something that feels a bit more tailored rather than too soft or too flat. One of the best features is the adjustable height, which makes them much more practical for different sleeping positions. Whether you sleep on your side, back or front, being able to adjust the filling helps get a more comfortable setup. That makes a real difference compared with pillows that are just one fixed shape and height. The memory foam gives good support without feeling too hard, and the bamboo cover adds a nice quality feel. I also like that they feel breathable and not overly heavy, which helps with comfort through the night. The cooling aspect is a nice extra as well. Overall, these are very comfortable, well-designed pillows that feel supportive, versatile and good quality. A great option if you want a more comfortable sleep setup.

Short story - top quality, comfy, height adjustable with cooling. Slept well with one of the two pillow pack downstairs on the day bed. Longer story. - I had to look for a replacement for my old pillows no longer being made. I'm a side sleeper and noise sensitive so I wanted a pillow with a zip cover to slip my ear-plugs inside. I also wanted something height adjustable with cooling gel and soft, but wouldn't flatten overnight and hurt my ears enough to wake me up. A tall order, I thought! But, no, to my surprise. These pillows do it all. There's a nice bounce back, soft but supportive filling in a zipped case and a bonus is a handy tube to store any excess foam/cooling gel filling to create a pillow just the right height for you. There's a warning that there may be a slight chemical smell but I didn't notice any. The pillows began to plump up as soon as the vacuum packaging was cut. I slept in comfort on my day bed that day. I'm amazed. The pillows are well-made, too, so I couldn't be more delighted, and happy that having bought the 2 pack the other will go in the bedroom. Well worth the money.

Bought these as gift for my daughter who requested them on her wish list . After some adjustments to the filling contents I’m pleased she has reported that the pillows are very good and comfortable sleep is now the order of the night .

I ordered these pillows,in the morning,and i actually received them the same day at 9pm They looked to be good quality,and so full, once patted and plumpled up,they were quite high and felt a bit firm. However,i tried them as they were the 1st night,but kept waking up,and finally discardered it at 4 am ,and retrieved my old pillow,and my husband did the same. The next day,i pulled out quite a bit of stuffing and tried again that night ,it was a lot better but not great,a little bit flat,so i added a little bit more stuffing for the next night,it was then perfect,and so comfortable,the height was just right,and i had a better nights sleep. I do have a problem with getting pillows that are just right,i have tried every type there is over the years,all either too firm too soft too flat etc,so these are the best ones i have ever tried,perfect in every way,i am so pleased that i finally found some pillows that i actually like,so i am going to get 2 more for our caravan,and i can highly recommend these pillows,my advice would be to play around with the stuffing,taking out,putting back,until you get the perfect feel,dont just give up on them straight away,also now got extra stuffing to put in if ever they go a bit flat. They do have a bit of a strong odour at 1st,but wears off after a couple of days.

The short story: sterling quality, extremely comfortable, easy to adjust (the height as shipped is such that I can't imagine anyone needing a second pillow) and money well spent (plus it includes a quality pillow case). The longer version: when it arrived and was unpacked, I did notice a slight odour. The instructions do mention this and suggest airing it for at least 24 hours. I put it aside but a week later, the situation hadn't improved so I found the Cosi Home website, clicked on Contact Us, and filled in the form (this was a Monday night). On Wednesday morning (before 08:30 - Angelica assured me, subsequently, that she didn't sleep in the office) they sent me an email apologising, suggested a list of different, more pro-active, steps I could take to alleviate the problem and asking me for my Amazon order number and address in the event that they needed to send a replacement. As it happened, during the short time I waited for this response, the smell had dropped significantly so I decided to give it another couple of days just airing it. This seemed to do the trick and the odour dissipated completely. I have since adjusted the height (the zip-top plastic tube that the pillow comes in serves nicely for storing the foam pieces) and slept like a log since. Cosi Home is a model for other companies to follow, both in terms of product, and product support which is why I am not going to deduct any stars from my assessment. To summarise: I love my pillow, it was worth the wait. Update: My mother was so impressed, she purchased a pair to replace their old, well-worn but beloved, pillows. My father was sceptical at first as he was happy enough with his old one, but having tried it, he's a convert. Like me, both my parents have removed some of the memory foam filling to reduce the height of the pillow - a simple task.

This pillow has completely saved my sleep. I had become a 3 to 4 feather pillow princess thinking I just needed more... I was at breaking point literally my neck, back were a mess and was so bloody uncomfortable I couldn't sleep more than 4 hours in bed. Ive never liked solid memory foam anything and I dont know why I was looking bit then found this adjustable shredded one. Best goddam decision ive made in a long time, I have tried playing about but decided I like it with all the filling that it came with. No more sweaty menopause sleeps, no neck pain , no back pain , im not twisted and I have gone from 4 feather pillows to just this single pillow and will never look back. Fantastic !!!

I got this pillow primarily because it is supposed to be cooling ... Sadly it is the very opposite. I arrives vacuum packed. When it expanded fully, I found it to be too plump and firm. I had read all the blurb and I knew it could be adjusted. I unzipped the outer cover to discover there is a zipped up inner bag. I unzipped this bag and proceeded to remove some of the filling. I decided that removing 25% would be about right. The filling material itself feels cool to the touch, and the small foam pieces are cleverly bound together with fine wispy clingy stuff to "unify" it. Having removed some filling and evened out the fill, I put the adjusted pillow into an Egyptian cotton pillow case (I find these to be the coolest). I had got the fill of the pillow right. It was comfortable. But buy did it NOT cool. Very quickly (MUCH quicker than my old pillow), it became uncomfortably hot. I persevered for a while, but had to revert back to my old pillow. Having thought about why this would happen, I can only think that the bamboo (a material used for insulation) cover and the inner cover had insulating properties that simply didn't allow the heat from my head to pass trough to the cooling, heat-absorbing filling. In conclusion I would say that the pillow is very good for comfort, but dreadful if want it to be cool.

Upon opening the plastic that was containing this pillow, I was apprehensive about how much it would expand and if I am completely honest it's actually 10x times better than I could have ever expected!.. Very impressive size AND quality! Incredible. This is such a MASSIVE, super THICK & insanely PLUMP pillow!.. It FAR exceed my expectations by a long shot! I was shocked by how it stayed true to the description/advertisement and even the instructions state to "remove filling as required" - which is usually a far-fetched statement and you'd literally need MORE filling, not 'less'! But, genuinely, it IS so full, it is full of memory foam shredding & chunks that initially were kind-of small/flat, but after a little time, it became VERY clear that they were slowly expanding back to their original state and kept getting bigger & bigger until the pillow was absolutely bursting! To help the memory foam expand, I unzipped the external pillow cover AND the internal pillowcase that contains the foam AFTER I spent a good 10 minutes shaking, plumping & slapping it as I find this to be the best method with ALL new pillows - then you want to go ahead and unzip the pillowcase/s and with memory foam specifically, you'd definitely want to KEEP all of the pillowcases/covers ON. The pillow-cover is a beautifully-made product that has an exceptional quality about it - feels ultra-premium and keeps cool very easily - perfect. As for the filling - it consists of many different sizes, shapes, thicknesses & coloured materials - some kind-of feel like they may be infused with 'gel', maybe all of them faintly(?) - a few have harder segments on them, fragmented, so is possibly and indication of the presence of a 'gel'-infusion... I can not definitively verify that - although it [the pillow] does seem to keep you noticeably 'cooler' than a hollowfibre for instance - the bamboo cover plays a part in that I suppose - very nice to touch, always feels cool. I, personally did not remove any of the memory foam filling, because I simply use this as a back-support pillow on my sofa, and it is DIVINE. Very firm yet soft and highly supportive - even better than practically all of my 21 other orthopaedic support pillows & cushions! Just an amazing product, well worth the money and I'm so happy with my purchase! I strongly recommend this, regardless of intended use. ***(EDIT)*** I absolutely love the texture of the quilted pillowcase/cover!.. It does have an internal case, that holds all of the shredded memory foam, which also has a zip (like the external one which is displayed the main advertisements' picture - with the yellow seam/border/hem). I personally don't use another pillowcase (as you would with other pillows), even though I did actually purchase one for it, because the one provided is more than sufficient for the job! (It is easily removed + washable & has a perfectly quilted quality about it that is perfect for lumber support! ***
