I have had them for almost four months and wear them frequentl; I have not lost a gem.

Q: I have 3mm dermal what can i change it too. What will fit? Will 14 g fit? Can i wear any mm?

When it says it's 3 mm, it's talking about how big the piece is across the top that screws into the anchor. Gauge is the size of the hole at the anchor, standard dermal size is 14 g. You can wear any mm, as long as it's 14g.
