This very nicely researched book I wish there was something of equivalent for mind as well.

Very repetitive and dull
Entire book could be summarized into 10 points. Author keeps quoting about many researches, to prove the same point over and over. As though to tell the readers how awesome his diet is. Read gist of the book and save yourself some time.
