One Devotional : 52 Weekly Marriage-Building Devotions for Thriving Couples Paperback – March 1, 2009

My husband and I are in week 4- we love the book bc we aren't bogged down with having to read it daily. Instead we have found very Thursday works for us. It has a walk it out task for us to perform together or for each other and I really enjoy that application. The devotional doesn't take long to read, but it really does motivate you to talk about the topic!!! I highly recommend this devotional!!!

Jimmy Evans is an excellent teacher of Godly marriages. This devotional offers my husband and I great insight and things to do together to build our marriage intimacy and connection

Great Devotional.

This is a good devotional for newly weds. Jimmy Evans is one of my favorite marriage topic authors. This devotional is not for those who have listened to his material AND are putting what they have learned into action. It is well written and does provide time for discussion and action. If you have a good marriage and your wanting a challenge I would suggest the Sacred Marriage devotional by Gary Thomas be added to your list of books to read

Good Book but feel some of the exercises could go deeper as to point out flaws in marriages and communication..

Great for short but meaningful devotional for couples.

Jimmy (& Karen) Evans teach what you need to know to have a HAPPY AND HEALTHY marriage. I have given this book 3-4 times as a wedding gift and I hope that it continues to bless them for the whole year. I have studied their other marriage courses and they are excellent. While I have not been married since I found the Marriage Today resources, I hope that when God sends me the man I am supposed to marry that we will be able to do this together.
