Great stuff
I have ordered this several times. It tastes great. I use it to shorten the length of a cold, ease a sore throat and help with gerd issues.

Healed my opened pus wound .
I have been using this for a cat bite and scratches. But you have to go to the doctor first for a tetanus shot if you havent in the last five years. The doc cleaned and dressed my wounds. Gave me antibiotics for 7 days. The some of the deeper scratches still got infected. Tried neosporin for two days but pus was still there. Finally I was searching on Google to how to heal wounds with pus. These articles about medical grade honey came up. The higher the Umf and mgo the better it is for your open wounds. Ive used this for a week and it has healed and the pus is gone. I definitely recondmend this product.

Great for 2nd degree burns
My 17 month old son unfortunately pulled a hot cup of tea from the counter onto his arm and received some pretty nasty 2nd degree burns (the skin instantly peeled after the incident). After a trip to our children’s hospital, I did lots of research on how to best avoid scarring and how to take care of burn wounds. Multiple articles had mentioned Manuka honey. After doing some of my own research I came across this product. I was looking for a high UMF and medical grade. This stuff worked amazing for us. We were first a little hesitant on if it would make the gauze stick to his arm more, but the way the doctor had wrapped it (and gave us supplies to re wrap it the same way every day) it ended up not being a problem at all. The doctor had applied xeroform to his arm first and then applied an antibiotic. Then his arm was wrapped in gauze and they gave us these stretchy net compression sleeves cut the perfect length for his arm to go over all of it. Each day we redressed the burn, and instead of antibiotic I used this honey. I’d scoop a spoonful into a ziplock and cut the corner to more easily apply directly to the xeroform that stuck to his wounds. They had said to leave the xeroform that stuck to his skin as it would act as a scab for it and fall off on its own. Then we would spread a fine layer of honey on square gauze pads to apply to the rest of his arm and wrap the whole thing in gauze and then put the compression sleeve on to hold everything. It was the perfect system. Each day the gauze would come off so easily and wouldn’t peel the healing scab off. The honey would bleed through the layers in some spots, but nothing bad. We did this for 10 days and saw the doctor again and they said there shouldn’t be any scarring and that it looked great! They took off all the bandages and let the skin breathe. He still had scabs on his arm but they said to let them fall off as they dry out (which happened within 24 hours). They said from that point to just keep the skin hydrated with some lotion. We use aquaphor for that. As for the taste, I’ve heard amazing benefits for this honey internally so I’d always lick the spoon after I would use it to scoop into the ziplock. It tastes like very normal honey to me! It is a bit thicker than normal. But I think that’s a good thing. I hope this helps anyone curious about using honey for a second degree burn! Side note, even though getting a burn redressed those first few days is still very painful, I think my son knew the honey helped take the heat away because he’d always readily walk over to the spot we would change it every night. He’d still fuss a little bit, but was always very willing to hold his arm out. I hope this is also encouraging to anyone hoping to find some relief from that post burn heat!

Great honey, difficult container to unscrew & screw back on
This is terrific honey with a high MCT of 850. It tasted great. I deducted one star because of the functionality of the container and lid; it’s really hard to unscrew. I kept the container very clean around the outside where the lid screws on to minimize any issues with unscrewing the lid but that didn’t matter, the lid was very hard to unscrew and screw back on. I expected to get a plastic container and normally don’t buy plastic containers of honey. I always try to get honey in glass.

Higher Number Purer Manuka
In this case the saying, “You get what you pay for.” is true. The higher the MGO/UMF the better more pure the Manuka honey is, which comes from the Manuka Tree flower native to New Zealand and certain spots in Southern Australia. The lower MGO means the honey has a lesser amount of Manuka honey and other honeys are added. Manuka is Anti-viral, Anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial. Know your honey. For example, New Zealand’s authenticity standards are higher than Australia’s authentic, independently verified honey. Basically, it’s easy to be duped by false Manuka honey. This honey does have the AMHA Authentic endorsement. It’s also important to pay attention to how the honey was processed and if it was a cold extraction in order to preserve the medicinal properties. Additionally, the health properties of Manuka are compromised if you add to hot liquids. It tastes great but due to the expense of high grade Manuka I personally only use it as a medicinal and supplemental health product. If $$ weren’t an issue I would enjoy it much more often.

Not really Manuka
This is not real Manuka Honey, as it does not come from a Manuka Tree, but instead is JellyBush honey from New Zealand Manuka's cousin, the Jelly Bush of Australia. That said, it has the same medical grade. Despite the false advertising and the taste not being as good as Manuka honey, I'll stick with it because of the better price point.

This has a few good uses.

This Manuka honey is extremely delicious! Australia has also Manuka bushes and even more varieties than New Zealand. It is now known that some Manuka honeys from there are extremely potent. This honey is certified and genuine. Even though I love New Zealand Manuka as well this one tastes different. The consistency is also not the same. This honey tastes and smells like flowers! Like lilies in my opinion. I will be very careful not to take too much and have a spoonful as a treat now and then. For daily consumption I am chosing a different, less expensive Manuka.

Love the texture of this honey, lovely taste. It is expensive, so am very careful with it. Had a second jar, quite the nicest honey I’ve had, and I’ve been eating various honeys for over 60 years.

The most wonderful tasting honey I have ever had. BUT, sadly too expensive. I'm not saying i's not worth the money - it is, but I just can't afford it on a regular basis.

I really like this honey but wow is it expensive. I was using it for a digestive issue and to be honest it was hard to tell how much it helped; especially since ultimately surgery was required to fix my problem. It did feel somewhat soothing though and subjectively it felt like my symptoms improved a little during use, but its hard to be sure. I can say though I absolutely loved the taste of it and would eat it every day if it were far more affordable. It also seemed like great quality and when I tried other brands they did not compare well to this one. The downside though is it is so expensive. That's the case for all high quality manuka honey, its not a problem specific to this brand, but I could only justify using this product because of how severe the issues I was dealing with were (I was willing to try anything at any price!). In the course of normal life I could not justify paying to have manuka honey regularly myself, and I would say I'm quite well off compared to most but if you have a short term specific need like I did, or a much higher budget for food/supplements then this is an item I'd recommend.
