I am 35 years old and have osteoarthritis stemming from several knee injuries playing football. The pain and swelling have always been manageable until about 4 years ago. The doc said there is nothing I can do but toggle between NSAIDS and TyIenol for pain and swelling - I am not a fan of stronger pain killers and the groggy head and potential dependencies issues. I have tried all sorts of chondroitin/MSM pills in the past and the all seemed to help with the movement of my knee but the swelling was always there to cause that pressure pain. had never heard of this company or the product so I was a little skeptical if it would help or not, but its combination of herbal anti-inflammatories and the addition of some of the metal minerals was something new. I am also a biologist and understand the role of metals in absorption and cofactors - so I decided to give it a try.I really didn't feel a difference until the 10th day and then started to notice that my knee wasn't swelling as much, felt loose and the deep burning pain was gone. Don't get me wrong, if I'm not careful it can still swell and ache, but its just not as bad or as long. I still take an occasional tylenol but not near as much. I do honestly believe the product works and will continue to use it.

Ostaflex has the vitamins and minerals needed to compliment a regular glucosamine/chondroitin supplement and enhance its effectiveness. Seems like a very good combination to us and we plan to make it a regular part of our lives.

Should not have listened to my coworker and bought this relatively unknown product to help with joint pain in my knees and ankles.This product has inflamed pretty much all my joints, from my wrists, to my ankles and feet. It's so bad that I can no longer open bottles that require a twisting motion. That's pretty much 90% of bottles.I don't know what is in this product that is causing all my pain. I never had this issue when I took osteo bi flex or any other msm and chondroitin product.Definitely WON'T buy again and I'm just hoping the inflammation goes away soon.

I have had knee problems for close to 20 years with many surgeries trying to fix the problem. I have tried many supplements over the years and nothing has ever worked. I am on my second bottle. I did not notice a change after the first bottle so I decided to see if I just needed more time so I bought a 2nd bottle. I didn't feel that they were working towards the end of the 2nd bottle so I stopped taking them. I am finding my knees have more pain again since I stopped taking them so I will finish this bottle and get a third and hope it just needs time and consistency of taking them.

Don't waste your money. It worked the same as the others and it only gets high ratings because they offer a free bottle. It also made me break out quite badly. Not worth it.
