The author has tried to solve all the raising queries and also has emphasized in different aspect like about the structure and role of hierarchy. Decent book
⚕As per the name, this book is primarily focused on pharma sales management. Kind of a self-help book in the pharma field only of its kind I think. In this, the author has discussed the pharma industry, background, how it functions, accountability etc. If you want to know about the pharma industry then do consider this book. I appreciate the author's work.⚕*My thoughts*⚕In my opinion(Being from a pharma background), this book is good for knowing the pharma industry and background but lacks strategies and necessary steps for working in this field and pharma startups.⚕⚕Overall Pharma Sales Management book by Dr V K Sharma is a decent book. Do check out this book⭐⭐⭐⭐⚕

All the experience of a person in the form of a book.Dr. V K Sharma has talked a lot about Sales especially Pharma Sales Management in this book.This book is not for all generic readers but definitely is a very useful book for people from the Pharma industry. There's a little for every salesperson in this book which he can apply in his profession too.There's a lot spoken on the role in the Pharma industry, the job function, accountability, and overall responsibility towards your job.Beautifully said by Dr. V K Sharma,"Responsibility is the task or work, you are in charge of".Overall I loved reading this book being a sales professional.Technically Pharma Salespeople are definitely going to love this book for its in detailed knowledge base and a lot of data that has been shared based on the experiences.

Must read to improve your skills
I started a marketing degree and i was recommended to read this book. And i have to say it's amazing. This book is written in such an easy language that you will have no difficulty understanding it. The language is very easy and the author has explained everything nicely and in a great manner. Would recommend this book to everyone who thinks of going to marketing or even in sales.
