I purchased the Man Matters Derma Roller (0.5 mm) and have been using it regularly, and the results are quite satisfying. The 540 titanium alloy micro-needles feel sturdy and well-made, and the roller glides smoothly on the scalp and beard area without causing discomfort when used correctly.

The sterilizer has fragrance in it. Otherwise product seems good.
The roller works good, but the complaint is that the alcohol sterilizer has fragrance in it? So you're sterilizing the needles but then the fragrance is also going into your skin? Why?!

Very Disappointed: Second Replacement Arrived Broken.
I really wanted to give this brand a fair shot, but I am incredibly disappointed. After receiving a first derma roller with bent needles, I requested a replacement. To my shock, the second unit arrived in the exact same condition. Once again, the needles are hooked and misaligned. This isn't just a "bad batch"—it's a serious lack of quality control. Using a roller with hooked needles is dangerous; it will tear your skin and cause scarring rather than helping it.

DON'T INJURE YOUR SCALP ❗
Extremely disappointed with this Man Matters derma roller. I purchased this product 10 months ago and used it very sparingly. While preparing to use it on my scalp, the end cap on one side completely shattered and broke off. This is a major safety concern. A tool with needles that is meant for the skin should be sturdy and precise, but this product has a massive structural flaw. If the drum isn't secure, it can cause serious injury to the scalp. What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability from the brand. I reached out via email to report this quality issue and have received absolutely no response. It seems Man Matters is happy to take your money but won't stand by their product when it fails. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually cares about quality and customer service.
