Second one purchased for my wife sister's suv for dash cam power. Like things simple, some vehicles have the 12v outlet fused to engine on, most are hot all the time, simple switch to power up the camera, she approves. Another bennie is the voltage readout on it, when you see 14.4volts you know your alternator is doing it's job, give you constant voltage output of the battery on display.

It works great and indicates the how much voltage from the outlet.

Really good quality. I can fast charge 4 phones at once, 2 from both USB slots and two more from a fast charge adapter that I plugged into one of the lighter sockets. The other socket has my dashcam plugged in. Amazingly it all works! There are two buttons at the top that can cut power to half of the unit if you need to (the left button controls the left USB and left socket, and the right button does the other two). It feels solid, not cheap, and has a nice tight fit in both of it's sockets as well as it's own plug. I could do without the blue light and the power display number, but it's a cool feature I guess. And the best part is I can leave it plugged in when the car's off. It has a smart circuit that prevents power leaking through when the car is off so it doesn't drain the battery. Very useful so I don't have to keep unplugging and plugging all the time.

I bought this for my wife as a christmas gift and wish I would have gotten it for me. Not only does it work as a splitter and has two usb inputs, it also shows the status of the battery. I intend to order one for me if my wife doesn't swap hers with mine. It's the perfect size, swivels and is well worth the price!
