As a concept, I love this. But I feel like the makers kind of miss a very important point. Except for a few varieties, these gels are lightly colored, but the glitter is a basic silver/white. Maybe with a few bits of color thrown into it. When you're ordering, most of the time what you're getting is a colored gel, not so much colored glitter.This ends up with many of them looking the same, and sometimes the glitter not even being all that noticeable. Given that the gel goes on and dries clear (unless you absolutely cake it onto yourself), I'm not really sure I see the point in coloring the gel instead of the glitter. I would rather a clear gel with pink glitter than a pinkish gel with silver glitter. The gel is not what I'm hoping to show when I put it on.Some of the colors work well. The gold and silver is nice, and the holographic color kind of has a blue tint to it that looks nice. The others, I find, ultimately all look the same, and it's not quite what I was hoping for.

Lovely moisturizer and that peppermint flash really wakes you up in the morning. But I primarily purchased this so that I could shine like the cast of Twilight. Sadly, by the time I bike into work, I've sweated the glitter away.Maybe this is true for all skin care / glitter products and I simply had unrealistic expectations! At least now I also have soft skin.

when you first get it, the glitter looks like it’d be a kind of gloopy paste, but it doesn’t apply that way at all! it smoothes on really nicely. almost like chilled hair gel, but not as viscous. it’s also buildable to suit all your glitter needs. just a little bit on the chest and shoulders, or glitter everywhere. it also doesn’t feel sticky or anything! i didn’t use it in my hair, so proceeded with caution if that’s your purpose

Used this for a twilight themed bachelorette party.The glitter was great. Not sticky. Dried fast and was easy to apply! But the smell was awful.There were some of our friends who thought it smelled like mint and then me and some of my friends thought it smelled like nail polish remover.Also we put it on our faces (maybe not a great idea) and it definitely stings for a solid few minutes while it dries.

I love this stuff! I got it for my friend’s daughter and we played with it at the pool.The glitter goes on light, not obnoxious and washes off easily (my husband loves that because he hates glitter).The gel is a great consistency and felt nice on the skin, not sticky or slimy. It works in the hair too.I also love that this gel is eco-friendly with biodegradable glitter. I would buy it again. It’s perfect for little girls princess parties or unicorn celebrations. It would be very handy for Halloween too! I’m not a huge makeup person, but if I were younger, I’d wear this.
