Exceeded all exceptions but:Although they clamp down on head as expected w isolation headphones. There's little to no sound isolation due to pading design.Other than that they sound GREAT, look & feel amazing.

I am not an audiophile but I know what I like. These are my FAVORITE over hear headphones. They sound awesome and look amazing. The wood really stands out from Beats and Sony. They are semi open so I can't use them in a coffee shop or on the train.The cups are super soft but just a little small to fit comfortably over my hear. The cord is super long, so using them at a desk gives you some leeway. However on the go it's a pain. The head ban has barely any padding but it doesn't bother me like some headphones.Overall I highly recommend these for anyone looking for great headphones at home. Because the cord is so long and they are semi open I wouldn't use them on the go. It's a shame because they look amazing.

UPDATE: I feel like I left an unfair review. I have used them with my laptop since then and they are actually very good! It's just that is not what I bought them for... which is my fault for not paying more attention to the type of connection. The sound is pretty amazing! Does anyone know if there is such an adapter that can allow them to work with a Tuner as well? Otherwise, I may send them back. They are also a little big for me.Doesn't work in my Yamaha receiver. Cord is not as long as everyone says. I chose the wrong ones I guess because I want headphones that work with a receiver for my stereo/TV, etc.

not worth the money. there are ppl selling the same thing for $80. I would not pay more then $40 for it
