Top quality product
I own a 23 foot tow behind camper . The unit only had one hatch on the right front for storage . I wanted to install some storage on the left rear slide out. I carefully cut out a hole for this hatchway and installed using Proflex RV sealer and screws going in to wood uprights and frame of slide . The product came fast and was packaged well. Overall the quality and materials of this Marine grade hatch was top notch. Rubber gasket protrudes just enough to make it waterproof which is of top priority on any camper install. Plastic frame is stout and had no trouble using screws to nail it down. Latch is easy to use and seals tight . Flange is large enough to screw down easily and covered the hole quite nicely . Overall well made product and now I have way more space to store the power cord,TV cable and Potable water hose and Sewer supports on the side they should be on. Would buy this product again. Hope this helps .

Seems well made, used to convert center bench of a old jon boat to storage. Need to include a template to mark cutting area and holes

Worked for RV Access Door
Cut in for a access panel in a camper body. I used this style for the gasketed sealing surface. worked great and has the key lock function that is nice for security. easy to cut in, easy to attach. The Black Color is glossy and modern looking.

Great hatch for small boat access
Worked out so well for my Tracker 1860 I purchased a second one to add storage under my rear bench seat.

They are fragile, I use a couple hundred of this size hatches a year and these are the worst ones I have used so far,
