Considering this bundle is the cheapest around, the bands are of extremely high quality. I'm a big guy, 6 ft 1, 18stone and not had a single issue with them tearing or snapping. Honestly couldn't recommend enough. They are a great compliment to a free weight workout. *Edit: 8 months down the line using these bands three times a week and I am still very impressed with them. The orange and the red bands have started to show signs of wear with tiny tears in them. However they are still very functional. It's to be expected, they are in principal just rubber bands and the more you stretch them, the more they wear and tear. Would still recommend as they are a great price.

When half the battle is getting to the gym I find that haveing the gym at home means I work out more often. I've used resistance tubes before that snapped. These Amonaz bands are of much more durable construction, easy to use and readily portable if you want to work out in the park or take them with you on a work trip.

The bands are really great - I love them and will never return to weights again! I'd have given 5 stars but the door anchor can be a bit of a pain to set up, and adds a little extra time to my workout - perhaps it's just my clumsiness, but it could be a better design. However I would still recommend these to anyone thinking about switching from barbells etc to this far more natural, effective way of building strength!

Bought these to compliment my bodyweight workouts and very impressed Very durable and tough and a wide range of exercises can be performed Easy to take around and don't take up to much space either A real bargain !

The best quality resistance bands and such a good value for money set if you’re working on your pull ups or using bands in general in the gym! I definitely recommend this set to use!

I am using these resistance bands for mobility exercises. They are more than adequate for this purpose. The bands themselves appear durable but only time will tell. The bands and accessories were very well packaged.

These are great, the super heavy is rated up to 150kg. They take up no room unlike weights and at a fraction of the price. I also searched on Youtube exercises for exercises. Would I recommend them? Absolutely

Being able to use the different strength bands for different exercises is a plus, also being able to use two or more together to increase the resistance. The reason I bought them is that I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have to exercise more to help combat it.
