NVX 200 - Bluetooth speakerphone for the office - Turn your mobile into a desk phone

It is absolutely an amazing product, works great and sounds great, just cannot figure out why the price is so high

My phone: Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android)In sum, I like it but it's a product that can use some improvements. With a few upgrades and improvements, it has great potential.Pros- Easy to put together- Relatively easy to set up- Stylish; looks good on the desk- Having a dial-tone is cool- Easy to change options for volume and ring tone- Pairs with phone Bluetooth easily- Reliable so far; have taken incoming calls and placed outgoing calls- Phone charges well; seems about same speed as USB charging from power stripCons- Needs more ring-tone options or option for adding ring tones- Digital display seems elementary; could be more polished- Plastic construction seems a little cheap- Speaker quality seems somewhat lacking; it's OK, but could be much better- Handset sound quality isn't very good; really needs some work.- Price seems a little steep for features. Hefty premium paid for design, style- Could use a longer handset cord included with the systemRecommendations for Invoxia ...- An upgrade for the handset seems like an absolute necessity; sound quality just isn't very good.

This item works wonderfully. It is a breeze to set up and use. Dial tone and voices are clear. I highly recommend this item.

This product worked great for the first two weeks - but then the screen died - and its operations are screen centric. I emailed customer support and received a reply for more information about one hour later. That was six weeks ago and I've never gotten any further response regarding a product that was no longer functional. Fortunately I was able to return this Amazon Prime purchase for a full refund! The speakerphone was decent while it worked but there is no customer support for product issues.

I've been using this docking station for about a month now and I really wanted to like it. I'm on conference calls for work many hours per day. Unfortunately, the call quality using the speaker phone has been very inconsistent. The feedback I get from people on the other end of the call is that I sound far away or like I'm underwater. Not every call, but often enough to be disruptive. If I pick up the handset, the quality improves. But when you are one calls for many hours each day, using the handset is a deal breaker.The interface with the iPhone 6 is also clunky. To access your contacts, you either use the touch screen on the phone or you use the dial knob on the docking station. It's inconvenient, but manageable.The aesthetic design is nice. It's compact and the angle is great for using FaceTime. It appears well-made, but there's something missing from the design in terms of call quality.

The dock looks nice and neat. The sound quality is good at least through the handset.The lightning connector does not always charge my phone without having to wobble it around, though my phone is fairly old so this may not be a common problem.As with other reviews, it's annoying that the iPhone (SE) home button isn't really accessible when a phone is docked, even when the connector is set slightly higher to allow for a phone case. Having to remove the phone from the dock to use it as a smart phone is a pain.The dock does not display the time as shown on the Invoxia website, just the docked phone number and I haven't seen any instructions to change this.The available ring tones in the dock are all annoying. Being able to play chosen phone ringtone through the dock would be much better.It would be nice if the dock was heavy enough to be able to pull the phone off the dock without having to hold the dock in place.

Highly recommended. Extensive search ended with this outstanding product. Sound quality is superb using hands-free or hand-set. We purchased one for testing within our office, worked so well, purchased two more.

I’m pretty happy with my purchase after about 6 months. In summary:Pros for me:- does well what I mainly wanted it for, a decent speakerphone for my mobile phone. Even plays music with decent sound.- modern, sleek and minimalist, high tech look.- easy access to recent call history and my contact list.Cons for me:- when my iPhone X is docked, I can’t swipe up so I have to undock the phone to unlock/activate it.- periodically, the time doesn’t show and I lose access to contacts and recent history (need to call my number from another phone to resolve).- a bit pricey.I was very impressed with their customer service as they responded very quickly to a query and they were right on with their response.
