we "upgraded" our radios at work and I couldn't stand the stock wire (thin tube) in my ear, so took a chance on this one. It stays put, resting on my ear, I can hear clearly, and be heard just as clear. for under $10... definitely worth it. be sure to check the connector you need, this one has the M8 connector for Motorola radios... I mistakingly ordered the wrong one, but once I got this one I was good to go!After using for a couple months, I am still happy with this radio, but one thing to note, the PTT button stopped working after about 2 weeks. I now just use the button on the radio itself, a minor inconvenience, but still better than the stock headset that came with it... if the PTT button still worked, I would give 5 stars.

I use this earpiece at work on 12 hour shifts. It is so much more comfortable to wear than the in the ear rubber options. I hear better and am more comfortable.

Has connection problems at the jack. I can hear others on the radio. They cannot hear me. I have to unplug and plug back in to work.

They work great just as well as the your ear pieces we paid three times more. I would recommend to anyone

Just received this item yesterday. I was totally disappointed after seeing that one of the ear piece has already came off even before using it. In short, I got a broken one ear piece already! Save you some dollars. Don't buy.
