Q: Does this case add alot of bulk to the phone? I tend to prefer slim fit hard case.

I didn't find that it added any bulk overall. I found it to be slim and still easy to put in my pocket.

Q: Does this case have good protection for the camera

Depends on what you mean by protection. The lip protruded too much and caused the camera to not be able to autofocus (since it was trying to focus on the lip of the case).

Q: I see that it's 2 layer protection. Is the back part mostly hard plastic? Is the back textured to prevent slippage?

That's a different Spigen product. That one has a soft inner sleeve and a hard outer case...it is s bit thicker. This case is a rubbery plastic, very lightly textured, almost smooth, but much better to hold than the phone's slick surface
