From unboxing to connected is under 2 minutes. Easy to follow directions, with pictures, makes it even easier. My only confusion is, if I have my phone connected through the wifi extender, I cannot print to my printer because they aren't on the same network (printer is still on original router, because they're next to each other)... it's a small price to pay for having my devices work better at a distance though! Could be a user error, could be the way all extenders work, but beware. Very happy with this purchase and even happier with this company! I'd recommend this product to anyone.Update: Still love this! My 3000 square foot house, has absolutely no dead spots for wifi.

This is an upgrade from the previous 2.4Ghz Loom Extender, and is really an upgrade. It is easy to install, just follow the step by step instructions. This extender will work for 2.4Ghz or/and 5Ghz Routers. The 2.4Ghz with this Extender greatly expands the service area in and around the home. Mine went from Good to Excellent reception on all of my devices.Highly recommend this device!!

I have 2 dead spots in my very old house where the WiFi just can't make it there. But with the installation of this extender I've been able to get in one room a fluctuating good to fair signal where as before it was DEAD. and in the other area I now have a good green light signal. Easy to program either method works WPS or manually.

3 years ago I bought a device of another brand and it did not work at all and then I was disappointed in such products and did not buy them anymore, but when I bought this product I did not expect the speed to be so high because I have a big house and there were Dead Zones and now there is a very good Internet, it is not the same as near my router, because near the router I have about 500 MB/S and near the router that I inserted into the wall near the extender there is 130 but this is more than enough to cover the entire house.

I had a dead zone in my bedroom and once the 5G WiFi Extender was set up and installed the dead zone was gone! I highly recommend this WiFi Extender, it has to easy follow directions and was set up and ready to go in the matter of minutes! Could not be happier!

Easy, Simple, and Effective! I am so lucky to have found this on Amazon. I put it near the window in our metal office building and had a full signal in seconds! I bought a second one for the house! Can I give it 6 stars?

This had to be the easiest Wi-Fi extender I've personally set up. I was so impressed it worked with my router, not all will. I have it 150 feet away from my router and the signal is at full strength. I can now enjoy my front yard and still get a signal as if I were in the house. I personally love the larger antennas. The case is larger than most so it does take up the space on my power strip. So just keep that in mind. Oh the price is just right. I feel you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not. They got me hooked
