Comfortable and effective
I have very bad allergies, especially at night, as well as asthma and sinusitus. I hate that I'm a snorer and hate the effect it has on my partner. I was looking for a solution that was effective and cost-efficient, but still comfortable and not obtrusive or unattractive. The Mute snoring-aids are amazing for this - I immediately feel like I can breathe "more" and my partner says that it is hardly noticeable to him when I'm wearing it. I find that I don't remove them in my sleep (like I have with mouth guards) and I'm sleeping better just because I'm breathing a bit better. They are a bit expensive if you intend to use them as directed (10 uses per dilator) but I'm going to try cleaning mine and getting as many uses out of each one, if at all possible. The polymer is a soft silicone-like plastic, but I like the adjustable dilators for each nostril and the small fits me perfectly. This has become a can't-live-without (or sleep-without, I suppose) item. Very happy and so is my partner.

Caros pero comodos
Vienen tres dilatadores en la cajita. Y comparado con otros que he usado, estos son más cómodos y funcionan. Aunque tengo que decir que durmiendo se me salieron solos y me los encontré en la almohada jajaja.

Best sleep ever - stopped my sporadic snoring
Stop snoring - So I gave this a shot after noticing occasional snoring and feeling tired the next day. So within 1 night's use I felt more energy than I've had in a long time - so I feel it must be working! I am sleeping far more deeply than I have in years; I got the SMALL after trying a "sampler" pack from the local store (probably best to try them out to get the size right). The large would be for a very large nose. Easy to use, and to get used to, and has made an incredible difference in my sleep quality (e.g. I have a deviated septum and this seems to just help keep nasal passages open). Definitely a product worth trying and for me, far easier to use than a mouth guard type of snoring prevention product.

Helped stuffed nose
Bought these to try at night when I get a flare up of blocked nose due to cold. I bought small size and needed biggest setting. Initially quite uncomfortable, but when pushed in far enough, it was pretty good. Very clever design and plastic was soft enough.

Très content de cet écarteur, pour en avoir essayé d'autres, celui là ne tombe pas pendant la nuit, ne fait pas mal, et il est efficace. Je recommande ce matériel, moi j'ai pris le modèle le plus petit.
