Q: is there a big difference between the adult and child device? Worth getting two or would the adult one be suitable for kids too?

Q: Are the cracks on the end of the tubes supposed to be there?

I bought mine a number of months ago. And yes the indentations (cracks) are there. I'm not sure why they are there but it may have something to do with the insertion of the tube. I did try to contact them with the number on the directions but the number doesn't work. All of the pictures have the same indentations.
