Great stuff!
I've refurbished several jewelry boxes and armoires and this velvety liner is great for replacing the old stuff. The adhesion is perfect. If you have to reposition right after you put it down, you can. On the other hand, it doesn't move or lift once you're happy with the position and press it down. It feels great, the color is deep and consistent. It's easy to cut and easy to peel off of the backing. I'll buy this again.

Perfect to line drawers
My old desk had this type of lining on the top drawers. When I moved, I bought a smaller desk that was unlined. I liked my original desk better so this was a great upgrade.I do agree with the comments that there is a crease on the roll toward the end, which makes planning necessary and will result in some waste. I have a bunch of stuff in my drawers so it wasn't a big deal as it was close to the side. The backing paper is fairly thin, but not that hard to remove. All in all, very happy I bought this. Perfect upgrade for $14.

Comes a little crinkled, but is still usable
I was happy with the purchase, but I'm also ok with some uneven ends and some wrinkles in this as it's just sitting in my dresser that will be filled with clothes. The wine red looks great in the black drawers though!

Not bad for the price
This worked for what I needed it for, I refurbed a dresser for my son and thought this would make the inside look neater than if I painted it. Definitely looks nice and with clothes on top it won't really matter anyway. The quality of the product was subpar and I wouldn't use it for cabinet lining again, I would opt for something a little nicer. The application was more hassle than I thought it would be but I'm trying to keep in mind that the price was more than fair. The backing would tear easily so laying it and trying to smooth as I pull off the back was frustrating I guess you get what you pay for. It is a great little find for craft projects or whatever you have going, but if you want something with good quality, may try something else.

Wrinkles less than other brands
I had a few different-width drawers to line so this was one of several brands I purchased simply because of its size. This one was by FAR the best of them all. Not only was the velvet most “velvety”, the fabric was slightly thicker than others so that it laid down more easily and didn’t wrinkle as much. It went on correctly the first time, without needing any repositioning at all.

Velvet is Nice
I bought the Orange colour one to do the inside drawers of a cabinet I refinished. The top of the cabinet is in Walnut stain and the bottom in Dark Indigo Blue so I thought Orange would look great in the drawers. The product is very easy to install. You gotta go slowly at it when peeling off the protective paper on top of the adhesive because you don’t want to make kinks in your velvet. A smooth well spread out velvet is definitely nicer and looks like a professional job. This is the same velvet that is used on top of pool tables but I wouldn’t buy this size to cover a pool table. You would need a size much larger than this size. It’s very soft and easy to handle and very easy to cut with a pair of regular scissors. I took my measurements first just as though I was measuring for a fabric job and then I cut what I needed and proceeded to stick the velvet in place. The adhesive is very strong and bondable. Just to give you an indication of size and quantity… if you look at my images, it took exactly 1 roll of this size sold here to complete these 2 drawers. What was left on the roll after that, I couldn’t cut (it was part of the roll up of the velvet). I thought I would have had enough left to do the drawers, which are small, in another sideboard that I have but nope, only these 2 drawers. Which is just as fine anyway, I think either the Sky Blue or the Dark Navy Blue velvet will look nicer and more appealing in the other cabinet so I’ll be ordering some more soon. Pictures as well you can see the wine area in the cabinet… I plan to put the 4 triangles of wine each a different colour velvet so I’ll be ordering some for that as well. I’m going to do light green, pink, light purple and either orange or yellow coloured velvet for the wine triangles and I think that the colour block will add a nice contrast with the cabinet make it look bold and make it make a statement. Plus, velvet is suitable for wine bottles so nobody should call me crazy for doing that! Installation works very nicely with a credit card or rewards card when you spread the velvet in place as you slowly remove the paper on top of the adhesive to even the velvet on top of the surface. I also had to install the velvet in top of existing older velvet and that worked just fine as well. So you could rejuvenate your old velvet if you have some with some new velvet without much hassle. Cheers… MjM 〽️PS, I suggest a light vacuum after installation to vacuum residue velvet dust.
