Received Broken. Quickly replaced
Was a gift that was sent directly to my sister. Was broken when received. She provided pictures, which were submitted when a replacement was requested. Returned the broken one and a replacement was received within a few days. Overall a good experience, and a good cup for the price.

Not as heavy as expected
I got this mug for my sister. She loved it! I’m a little worried about the quality of it. It’s much lighter and thinner than any other mugs I have bought. Time will tell.
