1. As expected, as all matte screen protectors do including paperlike, this protector does make the screen appear a little hazy from oblique angles while note taking. The haziness is less pronounced while watching videos which is a good thing.2. The writing experience is better than I had expected. Writing on this does feel like writing on paper or more like a chalkboard to be specific.3. The instructions for application are poorly described. I'd suggest you look up the tutorial provided by ESR on youtube. They do provide two of these in case you mess up once.4. A little imperfection can lead to one edge of the protector to touch the edge of the ipad. It can lead the protector to lift around the edges when using a cover. Carefully clip off the edges with a sharp pair of scissors if needed.5. It uses the Japanese origin PET film used by almost all major brands selling paperlike matte protectors. Therefore the experience shouldn't be much different with similar results on the visibility, texture and wearout of apple pencil tip. But the price is very reasonable and no wearout has been noticed as of now. I'll update if I find any.6. If you can spend more, you may opt for bellemond. But these are fine to be honest.Edit: After a year of use the pencil tip seems fine and hasn't worn out or anything

Fit perfectly on ipad 9th generation. Comes with safe package with installation manual. Even a kid can install this glass on ipad .

It came with a detailed manual and cleaning kit.The frames helped to correctly align the screen protector (just push the screen protector towards the edge of the frame and it's 99% done).Overall good product, but a bit pricey (I got it for 999 rupees).A little bit of adhesive seems to lose grip towards the edges but you can press/rub the area lightly to fix it. (Happened only once since installing it).

I struggled with getting this protector on the iPad - unlike with the one for my iPad Air, also from ESR. Both were done at the same table in the same room, with the fan off, but this one seemed an extreme dust magnet, attracting particles in the two seconds it took to peel the sticker off and pop the protector on the screen. And as you can imagine, once there are even a couple of specks of dust trapped between protector and screen, there's no point trying to peel the protector off and use the provided sticky paper to get the dust off - you just end up getting more dust on the sticky side of the protector.The provided frame helps a lot in making sure you can get the protector on asap once you've peeled the backing off, but sometimes it's not enough. Now I know why they provide packs of two - you quite likely might end up botching it on the first attempt and needing another go.Bubbling too is an issue. For me, there is a patch about 2cm across three quarters of the way down the iPad screen and halfway to the middle width-wise (so a pretty prominent spot) where the protector isn't adhering perfectly to the screen. Of course, it's only really noticeable mostly when the screen is off but it's off-putting. I made sure to press evenly and hard outwards from the centre but I still got this prominent bubble.On my iPhone and iPad Air too, for which too I use ESR protectors, I have smaller, less noticeable such patches. So yes, it's a bit of a pain, if you're not super adroit with these things.

Intially, I was very upset for the very high price of 800rs for this. But its super. Till now, not faced any problem. Still it looks like new.

I paid the price to avoid the latest reviews I though it might be one of case but if you see I had also the same bad experience I will not even give one star.The package came with screen protector but when I saw the installation guide the product is all together a different one. The screen when took it out had no protection and was shady and with scratch also difficult to install. I have to throw the screen protector as its worthless

The media could not be loaded. What I like about this product is that it gives me a great control over my writing although its not paper like, but its a significant improvement over glass. People who are worried that their apple pencil tip might wear off need not to worry as the texture of this particular screen guard is fine enough to not damage the tip, yet give you adequate amount of friction to prevent slipping. The screen might look a little hazy from certain angles, but you are not compromising much against what you are gaining from it. Go for it if you use your iPad for taking notes or sketching; only if you are not very obsessed with great display quality. I have also found reading to be more of a kindle kind of experience with it. Great for reading in dark room, as it won't strain your eyes much. Multimedia consumption is just as good as with tempered glass, if the videos are of high quality. Consider the viewing experience to be like your old LCD screen as compared to LED. It softens down the image quality but the rest of the things are just as good.

Product is good. But the microfibre provided is of poor quality. After wet wipe cleaning; while cleaning with microfibre, it leaves microfibre fragments over the screen everytime. At last I used spigen microfibre cloth provided with spigen tempered glass for iPhone 11. Then only I got a clean dirt free surface for the screen guard. The alignment case helps it place it perfectly. Apart from the microfibre cloth, the product and experience is good.

I bought this screen protector mainly for it's "paper-like" claim in hopes of being able to write better with the Apple Pencil. However, I'm really regretting the purchase.The first issue was that the screen protector was incredibly difficult to put on - completely failed the first try and wasted one of the 2 protectors as I could not put it on without multiple bubbles. The 2nd try was better - there were still lots of bubbles but I managed to get rid of all of them. However, noticed there was already a scratch on the screen.The 2nd issue may just be the nature of these matte screens but you really lose a lot in clarity. If you're using iPad for video editing/photos editing, I think this screen is going to skew your color/quality a lot. Watching youtube/netflix was also disappointing due to loss in clarity.Final issue is that the touch screen is no longer as "touch-sensitive." I have to double click a lot more often with the Apple Pencil and my finger now, especially in small areas like Goodnotes.It did make writing with the Apple Pencil easier - wouldn't say it's exactly like writing on paper but at least the pencil doesn't slide around as much anymore.For this small improvement, I'm not sure I can live with the downgrade in picture quality and touch sensitivity. I'm highly considering taking this as a loss/lesson learned and just tear it off, going back to either my usual glass protector or maybe trying the actual paperlike screen protector.

This screen protector is amazing :) and the blue guide that snaps to your iPad let’s you put the screen protector in perfect position! Saving that for future guidance if I need another screen protector. Super easy to install and anti glare as well perfect touch sensitivity! Highly recommend

Das Aufbringen der Folie war einfach. Seither schreibe ich viel lieber am Tablet. Der Touch funktioniert ohne Einschränkungen.Allerdings nur geeignet, wenn das Schreiben und Zeichnen im Vordergrund stehen, denn die Bildqualität wird eingeschränkt. Wer gerne Videos schaut und Fotos sollte sie nicht verwenden.
